Abstract

본 발명은 음성인식을 이용한 건기식 디스펜서 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 디스펜서에 보관된 건기식에 대해, 디스펜서에 접촉하지 않고, 음성인식을 통해 사용자가 원하는 건기식을 토출하므로써 비접촉 방식의 편리함을 제공하고 사용자 이외의 음성신호 필터링하여 보안성을 제공할 수 있다

음성인식을 이용한 건기식 디스펜서 및 그 제어 방법 {Health functional food dispenser using voice recognition and its control method}
본 발명은 음성인식을 이용한 건기식 디스펜서 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 입력된 음성에 따라 디스펜서를 동작하게 하는 건기식 디스펜서의 효율적인 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
건기식 시장이 성장하고 이용자가 늘어남에 따라, 건기식 디스펜서가 출시되고 있다.
건기식 디스펜서는 개인의 건강정보를 바탕으로 이에 맞는 건기식을 토출 하는 기능을 제공하고 있다.
종래의 건기식 디스펜서는 디스펜서의 버튼을 조작하거나, 모바일(스마트폰)을 통해 원격 조작을 제공하고 있다. 즉, 어떤 조작을 하는지를 시각으로 모두 확인하거나, 알맞은 버튼을 순서대로 누르는 등의, 물리적인 조작이 필요하였고, 이는 조작성을 어렵게 만드는 원인이 된다.
따라서 종래의 기술들은 버튼조작이 어려운 사용자의 경우 이용하기가 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 시각장애인 등과 같이 디스펜서 기기에 익숙하지 않는 사용자들에게 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록, 음성인식을 이용하여 사용자의 음성을 인식하고 음성에 따라 디스펜서를 제어하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
전술한 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 건기식 디스펜서는 사용자의 음성을 입력 받는 음성입력부; 사용자 음성을 입력받고 디지털 신호로 변환한다. 음성인식 알고리즘에 의해 음성을 분석 처리하는 음성인식부; 음성인식 후 음성 필터링을 통해 사용자 인증을 통해 보안기능을 제공한다. 입력된 신호를 동작신호로 인식/제어하는 제어부; 제어 명령에 따른 건기식을 토출하는 구동부; 음성명령 인식에 따른 제어 명령을 구동부로 전달한다. 토출한 정보를 서버나 모바일에 정보를 전송하는 통신부; 음성명령/토출 정보를 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함한다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 사용자가 음성명령을 통해 디스펜서를 제어할 수 있으므로, 버튼 조작이 불편한 사용자에게 비접촉 방식의 편리함을 제공할 수 있다.

이하에서는, 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위하여 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였다.
또한, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 “포함” 또는 “구비” 한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
본 발명에 따른 음성인식을 이용한 건기식 디스펜서 및 그 제어 방법에 있어서,
본 발명에 따른 동작 과정은 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 음성인식을 이용한 건기식 디스펜서 및 그 제어 방법은 다수의 건기식을 보관하는 저장부(150), 서버 및 모바일 등과 통신하는 통신부(110), 건기식의 정보를 표시하는 디스플레이부(120), 토출을 위한 구동부(170), 검지를 위해 구비되는 센서부(180), 사용자 입력을 받는 음성입력부(140), 토출 및 수신된 정보 및 입력정보를 제어하는 제어부(190)로 구성된다.
건기식 디스펜서는 디스펜서에 보관중인 건기식에 대한 정보를 서버나 모바일을 통해 WiFi/NFC 네트워크 및 근거리 통신 방식을 이용하여, 건기식의 정보를 입력 받는다.
사용자 음성을 입력받고 디지털 신호로 변환하여, 음성인식 알고리즘에 의해 음성을 분석 처리한다.
음성인식 후 음성 필터링을 통해 사용자 인증을 통해 인증된 사용자의 음성 명령을 인식한다.
음성명령 인식에 따른 제어 명령을 처리하며, 토출 제어 명령을 구동부로 전달한다.
건기식이 보관되어 있는 컨테이너에서 사용자가 요청한 수량만큼 구동부에서 토출한다.
제어 명령이나, 토출 정보를 디스플레이부를 통해 표시하고, 서버나 모바일에 정보를 전송한다.
이상에서는 특정의 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였다. 그러나, 상기한 실시예에만 한정되지 않으며, 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 청구범위에 기재된 발명의 기술적 사상의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 얼마든지 다양하게 변경 실시할 수 있을 것이다.

  1. 사용자 음성을 입력 받고 디지털 신호로 변환하는 입력부와 입력된 신호를 동작신호로 인식/제어하는 제어부 및 제어명령에 따른 건기식을 토출하는 구동부
    사용자 음성명령에 따라 건기식 보관 컨테이너에서 입력된 수량만큼 건기식을 토출하는 장치
  2. 상기 음성입력부는,
    사용자 음성인식 후 음성 필터링을 통해 사용자 인증을 통해 인증된 사용자의 음성 명령을 통해 제어되는 장치
