Description

Cylindrical filter having hole}Cylindrical filter having a dot-shaped hole

The present invention relates to a cylindrical filter with dot-shaped holes, and more specifically, to a cylindrical filter with dot-shaped holes of a new configuration in which dot-shaped holes are formed on the outer peripheral surface to improve filtration efficiency and extend lifespan.

Cylindrical filters are commonly used as filters for liquids, and the cylindrical filter is formed by winding a non-woven fabric around a core material with holes.

However, when filtering a liquid using such a cylindrical filter, when heat and pressure are applied to the filter by the liquid, that is, the object to be treated, the nonwoven fabric making up the filter is fused by heat or pressed by pressure, deforming the shape of the filter. The filter is damaged. Therefore, since the filtration efficiency of the filter is significantly reduced, there is a problem in that the filter must be replaced relatively frequently.

(2009. 07. 08.)Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2009-0075490 (2009. 07. 08.) (2002. 01. 21.)Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-0322959 (January 21, 2002)

The present invention is to solve the above problems. The purpose of the present invention is to increase the surface area by forming a dot-shaped hole on the outer peripheral surface, and to improve filtration efficiency and durability by forming a fine vortex of the filtrate in the dot-shaped hole. The aim is to provide a cylindrical filter with dot-shaped holes of a new configuration that extends the lifespan.

According to a feature of the present invention, it includes a filter unit 20 made of a non-woven fabric made of thermoplastic resin wound multiple times, and dot-shaped holes 22 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20. A cylindrical filter having shaped holes is provided.

According to another feature of the present invention, the nonwoven fabric has dot-shaped holes 22 formed on the outer surface, and the dot-shaped holes 22 are also formed inside the filter unit 20.

In the present invention with the above configuration, the surface area of the filter unit 20 is increased by the dot-shaped hole 22 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20, and in addition, the fine vortex of the fluid to be filtered is generated in the dot-shaped hole 22. This increases the contact area with the fluid and improves filtration efficiency.

In addition, the durability of the filter unit 20 is improved by the dot-shaped hole 22 and deformation of the filter unit 20 is prevented, thereby extending the life of the filter. Therefore, the inconvenience of frequently replacing filters is eliminated, and filter replacement costs are also reduced.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 are a perspective view and a side cross-sectional view of the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the present invention includes a cylindrical core material 10 with a through hole 12 formed, a filter portion 20 formed by winding a non-woven fabric around the core material 10, and a filter portion 20 formed in a predetermined shape on the outer peripheral surface of the filter portion 20. It includes arrayed dot-shaped holes 22.

The core material 10 has a cylindrical shape and a through hole 12 is formed to allow water to pass through the inside. This core material 10 is made of metal.

The filter unit 20 is formed to a predetermined thickness by winding a non-woven fabric made of thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, etc. multiple times around the outer peripheral surface of the core material 10. Considering filtration efficiency, it is preferable that the filter unit 20 is formed by winding melt brown nonwoven fabric.

Meanwhile, dot-shaped holes 22 are arranged in a predetermined shape on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20 formed in this way. In this way, when the dot-shaped hole 22 is formed in the filter unit 20, the surface area of the filter unit 20 increases, and in addition, the fluid to be filtered in the dot-shaped hole 22 rotates and is sucked into the dot-shaped hole 22. As a result, a fine vortex of fluid is formed in the dot-shaped hole 22, thereby increasing the contact area with the fluid and improving filtration efficiency. In addition, the durability of the filter unit 20 is improved by the dot-shaped hole 22, preventing deformation of the filter unit 20, and thereby extending the life of the filter.

These dot-shaped holes 22 are preferably sunken to a predetermined depth in a shape in which the inner peripheral surface is curved, such as a hemisphere or a semi-elliptical shape. If the dot-shaped hole 22 has this shape, a vortex of fluid occurs in the dot-shaped hole 22. is expected to be formed more effectively. On the other hand, if the dot-shaped hole 22 is excessively large, the effect of increasing the surface area of the filter unit 20 is minimal, and conversely, if the dot-shaped hole 22 is excessively small, the effect of forming fine vortices is reduced, thereby reducing the increase in filtration efficiency. It becomes difficult to expect. Therefore, taking this into consideration, the size of the dot-shaped hole 22 is appropriately adjusted depending on the purpose of the filter. The dot-shaped hole 22 is formed to have a diameter of approximately 1 to 2 mm and a depth of 1 to 2 mm.

The present invention having this configuration is manufactured by the following method.

The core material 10 having the through hole 12 is inserted into the rotating rod, and non-woven fabric is wound to a predetermined thickness around the core material 10 to form the filter unit 20. As the non-woven fabric is wound, the wound layers of the non-woven fabric are fused together. Heat is applied to maintain the wound state of the filter unit 20.

After forming the filter unit 20 with the desired thickness in this way, the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20 is heated and pressed using an embossing roller on which embossing protrusions are formed. In this way, a dot-shaped hole 22 recessed into a shape corresponding to the embossed protrusion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20. Next, the filter unit 20 is cooled, and then the core material 10 and the filter unit 20 that are attached to each other are separated from the heating rod and cut to a predetermined length to complete the filter.

In this embodiment, it is illustrated that the core material 10 is provided inside the filter unit 20, but the core material 10 may be omitted. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, no core material is provided inside the filter unit 20. In this embodiment, the filter unit 20 is formed by winding the nonwoven fabric directly on the rotating rod.

Hereinafter, another embodiment of the present invention will be described, but description of the same configuration and effect as the above-described embodiment will be omitted.

Figure 4 is a plan cross-sectional view of a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, as shown, dot-shaped holes 22 are formed not only on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20 but also inside the filter unit 20.

In this embodiment, the filter portion 20 is formed by winding a nonwoven fabric with dot-shaped holes 22 formed on one side so that the side on which the dot-shaped holes 22 are formed faces outward. Therefore, not only are the dot-shaped holes 22 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20, but the dot-shaped holes 22 are also formed inside the filter unit 20, that is, between the wound layers of the nonwoven fabric.

As such, in this embodiment, the dot-shaped hole 22 is formed not only on the outer peripheral surface of the filter unit 20 but also on the inside of the filter unit 10, so that the contact area with the fluid is further increased, and even within the filter unit, the fine particles of the fluid are formed. Because vortices are formed, filtration efficiency is further improved.
