Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the mask pack sheet according to the present invention will be described.

The method of manufacturing a nonwoven sheet for a mask pack according to the present invention includes a reaction step of immersing a Tencel nonwoven fabric in a mixed aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium monochloroacetate; A maturation step of maturing the Tencel nonwoven fabric after the reaction step; A washing step of washing the aged Tencel nonwoven fabric; And a drying step of drying the Tencel nonwoven fabric.

In the step of immersing in a mixed aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium monochloroacetate, sodium hydroxide may be 6 to 15% by weight, 7 to 13% by weight, 8 to 12% by weight, or 9 to 11% by weight, and sodium monochloroacetate It can be 5 to 15%, 7 to 12%, 6 to 12% or 8 to 9% by weight.

When sodium hydroxide and monochloroacetic acid satisfy the above concentrations, the nonwoven fabric sheet for mask pack according to the present invention has increased transmittance of visible light, ultraviolet rays, and infrared rays. If the concentration exceeds the above concentration, a significant difference occurs in the transmittance of visible light, ultraviolet rays, and infrared rays.

The temperature of the ripening step may be 30 to 50°C or 35 to 45°C, and the maturation time may be 10 to 30 hours or 20 to 25 hours.

The washing step may be performed once, but may also be performed sequentially through 2 to 10 washing tanks. Specifically, the washing step in each washing tank can be performed by varying the temperature of the washing solution.

For example, when washing is performed using a 5-stage water bath, the 1st stage of washing is 27-33°C, the 2nd stage of washing is 22-28°C, the 3rd stage of washing is 22-28°C, the 4th stage of washing is 22-28°C, and /Alternatively, step 5 of water washing may be carried out at 20 to 30°C.

When the washing steps are carried out sequentially in several washing tanks, the temperature of the washing solution in the washing tanks may sequentially decrease. By sequentially decreasing the temperature of the washing solution, there is an effect of preventing denaturation of the nonwoven fabric sheet due to heat.

In the washing step, at least one washing tank may be subjected to acid washing with a solution of pH 7 or lower.

The drying step may be performed at 50 to 150°C, 120 to 135°C, 60 to 90°C, or 90 to 110°C, and the drying time may be 1 to 30 hours. The drying step can proceed in steps 1 to 2 or 1 to 3, and the drying temperature in each step can be set differently.

In manufacturing the nonwoven sheet for a mask pack according to the present invention, nonwoven fabrics such as bamboo nonwoven fabric, tencel nonwoven fabric, and cellulose nonwoven fabric may be used, and various other nonwoven fabrics may be used. In addition, only one type of fiber may be used, but several fibers may be mixed and used, and in particular, it may be composed of a mixture of long fibers and short fibers. Long fibers can increase the strength of nonwoven fabric by playing a supporting role, and short fibers have the effect of increasing skin adhesion. Specifically, long fibers and short fibers may be used in a ratio of 8:2 to 6:4, and may also be used in a ratio of 5:5.
