Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic composition, a cosmetic composition prepared thereby, and a cosmetic containing the cosmetic composition.
In addition to the basic function of providing moisturizing power to human skin, cosmetics include many products that can perform various functions such as exfoliation, providing elasticity, and skin whitening. Recently, there is a trend to use natural raw materials found in nature in addition to synthetic materials as raw materials for cosmetics, and attempts are being made to minimize side effects on human skin through this. Therefore, in recent years, much research has been conducted to determine whether the ingredients present in natural raw materials themselves have any useful functions on the human skin, and many attempts are being made to maximize the use of these useful ingredients in natural raw materials.
Plant raw materials used as eco-friendly materials are used by extracting useful ingredients through various methods such as solvent extraction and hot water extraction in order to utilize the effective ingredients present in the plant raw materials. In these methods, the process of extracting useful ingredients is carried out. There was a problem that most of the ingredients were lost and many useful ingredients were discarded without being actually used, and there was a problem of low efficiency.
In order to minimize the loss of unnecessary raw materials, there is a recent trend to release cosmetics by adding natural raw materials themselves into cosmetic compositions. In this case, the natural raw materials in the cosmetics discharged from the container ultimately remain on the skin like a kind of residue and are useful. There was a problem of not using the ingredients properly, causing a lot of inconvenience in using cosmetics.
Accordingly, there is a need for research into methods for manufacturing cosmetic compositions that can maximize the use of useful ingredients present in natural raw materials while allowing convenient use of cosmetics.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention seeks to provide a method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition that can maximize the use of active ingredients present in natural raw materials and useful to the human body.
In addition, the shape of natural raw materials is maintained as is in cosmetic compositions and cosmetics, but when a user uses cosmetics on the skin, all natural raw materials are melted into the skin with only a small amount of rubbing force on the skin, maximizing the use of active ingredients and increasing marketability. The purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition that can be used.
In addition, the aim is to provide a method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition that can minimize heat-related damage or destruction of active ingredients present in natural raw materials by processing natural raw materials while minimizing the heat applied to the natural raw materials.

However, it is not limited to this. The rose petals contain a large amount of polyphenols and their derivatives with excellent antioxidant effects, and contain a large amount of essential oil components, so when used on human skin, they can help maintain skin elasticity and health. Centella asiatica can have the effect of healing damaged skin in the human body.
Meanwhile, the method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition of the present invention includes the step of impregnating the prepared natural leaves in an aqueous solution containing 40% to 60% by weight of acid and the remaining amount of purified water based on the total weight of the aqueous solution, and then, It includes a softening step of maintaining the aqueous solution at a temperature of 15°C or higher and 45°C or lower for 60 to 80 hours.
The acid may be characterized as including a carboxyl group or a sulfonic acid functional group. For example, the acid may include citric acid, acetic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid, and formic acid. , malic acid, oxalic acid, salicylic acid, ascorbic acid, and glucono delta lactone. However, it is not limited to this. The acid can soften natural leaves by cutting some of the bonds between cellulose in natural leaves by acidic functional groups such as carboxyl groups or sulfonic acid contained in the acid, Accordingly, the softened natural leaf maintains its shape within the cosmetic formulation and is visible. However, when the cosmetic formulation is placed on the skin and rubbed with only a small amount of force, the natural leaf is attached to the user's skin due to the part where the bonds between cellulose are cut. You can make it all melt and permeate. In the end, the user of the cosmetics of the present invention can visually check the shape of the natural leaves before using the cosmetics, and when using the cosmetics on the skin, the natural leaves are all decomposed and melted into the skin with only a small amount of force, allowing most of the active ingredients to be utilized. .
Additionally, the concentration of the acid may be in the range of 40% by weight to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the aqueous solution. If the concentration of the acid is lower than 40% by weight, the softening step may not be sufficiently performed, and if it exceeds 60% by weight, a problem may occur in which the acid precipitates within the temperature range of the softening step. The concentration of the acid may preferably be in the range of 45% by weight to 55% by weight.
The softening step is performed by maintaining the aqueous solution at a temperature of 15°C or higher and 45°C or lower for 60 to 80 hours. Within the above range, natural leaves can be softened to an optimal state and maintain their shape.
Within the above temperature and time ranges, the natural leaves can be sufficiently and appropriately softened while applying minimal heat to the natural leaves, thereby allowing the natural leaves to maintain their shape in the final cosmetic formulation. In addition, when a user uses cosmetics, when the formulation containing natural leaves is placed on the skin and rubbed with little force, all natural leaves are decomposed and absorbed into the user's skin, allowing most of the active ingredients to be utilized.
In the case of natural leaves, it is safer for the human body compared to synthetic materials (synthetic ingredients) and can be said to be the closest material to nature-friendly materials. Therefore, when the natural leaf itself is used as a cosmetic composition used in the manufacture of cosmetics, the active ingredients of the natural leaf can be utilized to the fullest extent in the final cosmetic product. In addition, in the cosmetic compositions and cosmetics manufactured through the above process, the natural leaves are softened but maintain their shape and are visually recognized from the outside, resulting in excellent marketability. In other words, it exists in a cosmetic formulation in a state that is not completely decomposed, but can be completely dissolved into the skin with only a small amount of force.
In the existing case, even if natural raw materials such as natural leaves are used as materials for cosmetics, only part of the active ingredients are used by using extracts or by heating, pressing, distilling, or extracting the natural raw materials, so the active ingredients are There was a problem that most of it could not be utilized and many of the active ingredients were lost. Alternatively, even if natural leaves are impregnated in a cosmetic formulation, when actually used, there is an inconvenience in that the user has to separately throw away the remaining natural ingredients or there is a problem of not being able to utilize the active ingredients. In addition, in the past, natural raw materials were simply softened for use as ingredients in cosmetics, but this simply meant a pretreatment process to soften natural raw materials for use as cosmetic compositions, as in the present invention. While the shape of the natural leaf is maintained within the cosmetic formulation, it does not disappear from the user's skin with only a small amount of force from the user's fingers when using it.
In other words, by the softening step of the present invention, the natural leaf is in a softened state and maintains its shape within the cosmetic composition or cosmetic formulation, producing an effect that is visible to the naked eye from the outside, but when the user uses the cosmetic on the skin. With only a small amount of force, virtually all natural leaves can be broken down and absorbed into the user's skin. Accordingly, not only can ingredients from natural leaves that have useful effects on the human body be stored inside the softened natural leaves, but it can also have the effect of allowing consumers to visually feel the presence of natural leaves in actual cosmetics. In addition, in the case of the softening step of the present invention, the destruction of the active ingredients of the natural leaves by heat can be minimized by substantially not applying heat to the natural leaves, or by applying only minimal heat. For this purpose, the softening step may be characterized in that the aqueous solution is softened for 68 to 72 hours while maintaining the temperature of 25°C or higher to 40°C or lower.
On the other hand, without limitation, the step of checking whether the natural leaf has been softened as desired after the softening step may be further included. The step of checking whether or not it has been softened is not limited, and can be checked by placing the softened natural leaf on the back of the hand after going through the softening step and rubbing it with a certain force, or using a tensile strength meter to compare the tensile strength of the dried natural leaf. You can check this. As a non-limiting example, the tensile strength may vary depending on the type of natural leaf used. Preferably, the tensile strength of the softened natural leaf may be 25% to 80% of that of the initially dried natural leaf. Meanwhile, as a non-limiting example, if less softening has been achieved in the confirmation step, the softening step may be repeated. That is, if softening is insufficient, the softening step can be repeated again.
On the other hand, after the softening step, the step of repeatedly washing the softened natural leaves with purified water is further included, and the pH of the purified water washed by the washing step is adjusted to 2.5 or more and 4.5 or less. It can be characterized as having a range. The washing step is to remove the remaining acid after completing the softening step, and can prevent the natural entrance ear from continuing to be undesirably softened by the remaining acid. To this end, washing is repeated 3 to 6 times. This can be done, and the PH of the final purified water can be in the range of 2.5 or more to 4.5 or less. This means that if the PH range of the final purified water obtained by washing the natural leaves from which the acid has been removed satisfies the above PH range, the softened natural leaves can be considered to have substantially the same PH as the PH of the purified water, and the PH of the washed purified water is 2.5. If it ranges from more than 4.5 to less than 4.5, the washing step can be completed.
