At least one channel along the inner surface wall extends from the inner peripheral edge to the lower ridge. Each of the at least one channel further comprises a longitudinal notch proximate the lower ridge. The sleeve is removably mounted to the base substructure. The sleeve is configured to include an upper surface region extending inwardly to a sleeve sidewall extending downward to form a sleeve cavity. The upper surface area further includes a raised overhanging lip that runs over a portion of the sleeve cavity. A side opening under the upper surface region is configured to receive at least one bag. At least one protruding knob is located outside the sleeve sidewall and is configured to slide within the channel and notch. The sleeve is detachable from the substructure and is configured to be secured within the substructure. At least one bag is molded to be received in the sleeve cavity and is configured to be removable from between the platform and a raised overhang lip provided in the sleeve when the lid is in an open condition.

a spring fixed at one end to the lower surface of the base and having the other distal end fixed to the platform to bias the platform away from the lower surface of the base;
a base lower structure fitted into and fixed to the base cavity;
substructure,
an upper ridge extending radially inward from the circular indentation toward the inner peripheral edge; an inner surface wall extending downwardly from the inner peripheral edge towards a lower ridge extending radially inwardly, wherein the lower ridge is adjacent to the base lower surface and is provided with a sub-cavity between the inner surface walls; at least one channel along the inner surface wall extending from the inner peripheral edge to the lower ridge, the at least one channel further including a longitudinal notch proximate the lower ridge;
a sleeve removably mounted to the base substructure;
sleeve,
an upper surface region extending inwardly to a sleeve sidewall extending downward to form a sleeve cavity; the upper surface area further includes a raised overhanging lip running over a portion of the sleeve cavity; a side opening under the upper surface area configured to receive at least one bag; and at least one protruding knob positioned external to the sidewall of the sleeve and configured to slide within the channel and notch, wherein the sleeve is detachable from and secured within the substructure; and
A cosmetic case molded to be received in a sleeve cavity and comprising at least one bag removable from between a platform and a raised overhang lip provided in the sleeve when the lid is in an open state.

According to claim 1,

The cover includes a cover upper surface extending to a cover distal edge; a shroud shoulder portion extending downward from the distal edge toward the base and ending at a shroud shoulder lip; and a lid inner surface provided around a top surface of the lid configured to include a recessed profile.

The lower structure has an outer surface wall extending to a height above the upper edge of the base side wall, and is configured to prevent contact between the upper edge of the base side wall and the cover shoulder lip having a gap between the cover and the base when the case is in a closed configuration.

A cosmetic case wherein the recessed profile on the inner surface of the cover is configured to receive ridges provided on the sleeve.

The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein the base side walls include voids formed along the top edge of the base side walls and along the back portion to receive flanges extending from the cover, the flanges being aligned with the openings for the pins to form hinge pins.

A cosmetic case further comprising an overhang stop extending over the sub-cavity and configured to contact a portion of a lower ridge provided at the bottom of the side opening of the sleeve to prevent the sleeve from being completely detached from the lower structure.

an upper surface region extending inwardly to a downwardly extending sleeve sidewall to form a sleeve cavity, the upper surface region further comprising a raised overhang lip depending over a portion of the sleeve cavity, a side opening under the upper surface region configured to receive at least one bag; and at least one protruding knob located outside the sidewall of the sleeve and configured to slide within the channel and notch, wherein the sleeve is detachable from the substructure and secured within the substructure; and
a spring having one end fixed to the lower surface of the base substructure and the other distal end fixed to the platform to bias the platform from the lower surface of the base substructure;
A cosmetic case molded to be received in a sleeve cavity and comprising at least one bag removable from between a platform and a raised overhang lip provided on the sleeve when the lid is in an open configuration.

According to claim 10,

at least one bag shaped to be received in the sleeve cavity and removable from between the platform and the raised overhang lip provided on the sleeve when the lid is in an open condition; and
