Nutrient balance (NB) evaluation was performed for each variety of potato smoothie prepared in Example 1 (fortified with nutrition (10% mixing ratio of MFS compared to potato) and fortified with non-nutrition ((potato smoothie without MFS)), respectively. The results are shown in Table 10 (potato smoothie without MFS) and Table 11 (fortified potato smoothie ((10% MFS mixture ratio to potato))). 표 10 및 표 11에 나타난 바와 같이, 감자만으로 제조한 감자 스무디에 비해, 일 실시예에 따른 감자 스무디의 영양소 균형은 각각 대서 감자 스무디 92%, 수미 감자 스무디 91%, 홍영 감자 스무디88%, 자영 감자 스무디 92% 로 높은 수준이었고, 특히 대서와 자영 품종의 감자를 사용한 감자 스무디의 영양소 균형이 매우 높은 수준 이었다. 상기 단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 블렌더에 넣고 가는 단계를 포함하는 감자 스무디의 제조 방법. washing and steaming potatoes;
