Abstract

The present invention relates to a remote control notifying sterilization time and a sterilization system including the same, and more specifically, to a way for notifying a user terminal of the sterilization time of the remote control. To this end, the remote control sterilization system of the present invention comprises: the remote control using information sensed by a built-in sensor to determine a sterilization point, which is the point at which sterilization is required, and transmits that the remote control has been reached the sterilization point; a set-top box controlling to output the sterilization point of the remote control received from the user terminal; and a sterilizing device for sterilizing the remote control when the remote control has been reached the sterilization point.
