Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a pressure vessel and a composite filament for a pressure vessel, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a pressure vessel and a composite material filament for a pressure vessel having improved sealing performance.
In general, a gas storage container is required to store various types of gas such as hydrogen, nitrogen, and natural gas, and to discharge the stored gas as needed. In particular, since gas has a low storage density in a container, it needs to be stored at a high pressure, and a pressure container is essential to use in such a high-pressure environment.
For example, alternative fuel gas vehicles including fuel cell vehicles or compressed natural gas vehicles have different storage system structures depending on the fuel gas storage method. Storage methods are gaining popularity. However, gaseous fuel has a low energy storage density, so it is necessary to increase the storage amount or increase the storage pressure to secure a longer driving distance. In particular, in the case of automobiles, there is a limit to increasing the size of the storage tank due to the limited space for mounting the gas storage system, so safely storing higher-pressure gas is the key to tank technology.
And, in the case of a composite tank among fuel gas storage tanks, the outer shell is reinforced with a fiber-reinforced composite material with high specific strength and specific stiffness to handle the internal pressure caused by the compressed gas, and a liner is installed inside to maintain gas tightness. is inserted At this time, the fuel gas storage tank is divided into shapes according to the material of the liner, and a tank with a metal liner such as aluminum inserted is classified as a
In detail, in the case of
That is, even when a pressure vessel is manufactured using a plastic liner, the nozzle boss had to use a different metal or non-metallic material from the liner, and as a result, the bonding force between the metallic or non-metallic nozzle boss and the plastic liner, which was not generated when the metal liner was used, was increased. There was a problem with deterioration.
Here, in order to solve the above problem, conventionally, a plastic fastener for binding the plastic liner and the metallic nozzle boss was used, but this caused another problem that it was difficult to install the fastener inside the plastic liner.
As another method, a groove was made in the nozzle boss and the nozzle boss was inserted and molded into a plastic liner, but it was also somewhat unreasonable to realize a perfect bonding state.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for research into preventing non-ideal outflow of the fluid filled therein by improving bonding strength between a metallic or non-metallic nozzle boss and a plastic liner.

First, before the surface of the carbon fiber is impregnated with an impregnated resin including an epoxy resin, the carbon fiber is inserted into the plasma processing unit where the plasma particles flow and the surface is modified as the plasma is treated, so the bonding force between the carbon fiber and the impregnated resin is increased. Sealing performance can be significantly improved.
Second, plasma particles heated to a predetermined temperature range containing at least one of nitrogen, oxygen, and argon are deposited on the surface of the carbon fiber in the plasma processing unit, and the impregnating resin is impregnated and hardened in a state where concavo-convex portions are formed on the surface, so that the contact area As the bonding force increases significantly, the durability of the product can be significantly improved.
Third, the carbon fiber is inserted into the plasma processing unit, and the surface is plasma-treated under atmospheric pressure. While passing through, the carbon fiber is continuously drawn and transferred to the resin bath unit containing the impregnated resin, so the productivity of the product can be remarkably improved.
Fourth, plasma particles collide with the surface of the carbon fiber before the impregnated resin is cured, and the impurities accumulated on the surface of the carbon fiber are primarily removed, and the surface area is increased by the fine scratches generated by the collision, so the bonding force between the carbon fiber and the impregnated resin. This can be significantly improved.

Through this, as the composite
As such, in the present invention, before impregnating the surface of the carbon fiber (F1) with the impregnating resin (E1) containing an epoxy resin, the carbon fiber (F1) contains at least one of nitrogen, oxygen and argon within a predetermined temperature range. As the plasma particles heated to are inserted into the flowing
In addition, the carbon fiber (F1) is inserted into the
In addition, plasma particles collide with the surface of the carbon fiber (F1) before the impregnation resin (E1) is cured, and the impurities (m) stacked on the surface of the carbon fiber (F1) are primarily removed, and the fine scratches generated by the collision are removed. Since the surface area is increased by the surface area, the bonding force between the carbon fiber and the impregnated resin can be remarkably improved.
