Abstract
본 발명은 근적외선 분광법에 의한 피부 깊이 측정 중, 진동 자극을 이용하여 약물의 피부 침투를 개선하는 미용 기기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면인 미용 기기는 투여 대상의 피부에 진동을 전달함으로써 약물의 피부 침투력을 극대화할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 기기는 피부 상태 측정/진단과 동시에 피부에 필요한 약물을 전달할 수 있으므로, 피부 관리 측면에서 효율적이다.
Description
본 발명은 근적외선 분광법에 의한 피부 깊이 측정 중, 진동 자극을 이용하여 약물의 피부 침투를 개선하는 미용 기기에 관한 것이다.
인체의 피부는 외부환경으로부터 인체의 내부조직을 보호하고 항상성을 유지하는 복합 조직층으로 표피, 진피, 피하지방의 3층 구조로 이루어지며, 체온조절, 분리, 배출, 감각작용 등 여러 가지 기능을 수행한다. 이중 얼굴의 피부는 관리 상태에 따라 외모를 판단하는데 중요한 요소로 작용되고 있으며, 사람들은 얼굴 피부를 관리하기 위해 많은 비용 및 시간을 투자하고 있다.
일반인들이 가장 흔히 사용하는 피부 관리 방법은 기능성 화장품이나 약물을 피부에 도포하는 것이다. 이 때 피부에 도포된 화장품이나 약물의 피부 침투를 돕기 위하여 피부에 도포된 화장품이나 약물을 손으로 두드리거나 문지르는 방법에 의존하고 있다. 그러나, 피부의 표피와 진피 사이에는 두터운 단백질 보호층이 형성되어 있어, 단순히 문지르거나 두드리는 것으로는 성분이 진피층 침투되는데 한계가 있었다.
일 측면에서 본 발명의 목적은 약물의 피부 침투를 개선하는 것이다.
일 측면에서 본 발명의 목적은 피부 상태 진단과 동시에 피부에 약물을 효과적으로 침투시키는 것이다.
본 발명은 일 측면에서, 피부 상태 측정부; 및 약물 배출구를 포함하는, 미용 기기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 일 측면에서, 상기 피부 상태 측정부는, 근적외선 분광 분석법에 의해 피부 상태를 측정하는, 미용 기기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 일 측면에서, 상기 미용 기기는, 피부에 진동을 전달하여, 약물의 피부 침투력을 증가시키는, 미용 기기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 일 측면에서, 약물 배출구를 통해 배출되는 약물은, 약학적 조성물 또는 화장료 조성물을 포함하는, 미용 기기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 일 측면에서, 상기 약물은, 여드름, 흉터, 색소 침착, 아토피, 또는 건선의 개선용; 항노화용; 항산화용; 항미생물용; 항염용; 미백용 또는 모공 축소용인, 미용 기기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 측면인 미용 기기는 투여 대상의 피부에 진동을 전달함으로써 약물의 피부 침투력을 극대화할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 기기는 피부 상태 측정/진단과 동시에 피부에 필요한 약물을 전달할 수 있으므로, 피부 관리 측면에서 효율적이다.
이하에서, 각 구성을 보다 상세히 설명하나, 이는 하나의 예시에 불과할 뿐, 본 발명의 권리범위가 다음 내용에 의해 제한되지 아니한다.
본 발명의 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어 또는 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정 해석되지 아니하며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
본 발명은 일 측면에서, 피부 상태 측정부; 및 약물 배출구를 포함하는, 미용 기기이다.
상기 피부 상태 측정부는, 근적외선 분광 분석법에 의해 피부 상태를 측정하는 것을 포함할 수 있다.
근적외선이라함은 자외선과 적외선의 중간에 위치하고 있는 파장대역을 의미할 수 있으며, 약 400nm~2500nm의 파장 영역의 광선을 의미할 수 있다.
일 측면에서, 상기 기기는 근적외선 분광 분석법에 사용되는 측정기기가 포함하는 구성을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 미용 기기는, 피부에 진동을 전달하여, 약물의 피부 침투력을 증가시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 약물 배출구를 통해 배출되는 약물은, 약학적 조성물 또는 화장료 조성물을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 약물은, 여드름, 흉터, 색소 침착, 아토피, 또는 건선의 개선용; 항노화용; 항산화용; 항미생물용; 항염용; 미백용 또는 모공 축소용을 포함함 수 있으나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
상기 약물의 형태는 제한되지 않고, 자연물 유래 추출물, 인위적으로 합성된화합물 등을 포함할 수 있다.
