대나무를 원재료로 한 성형물의 제조방법 및 그 성형물{The manufacturing method of the molded products for which bamboo is the raw material and their molded products}The manufacturing method of the molded products for which bamboo is the raw material and their molded products}

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molded product using bamboo as a raw material and a molded product thereof, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a molded product using bamboo and having mechanical properties such as excellent tensile and elastic strength, and a method for manufacturing the molded product using the same. It's about molding.

In general, when products are produced using raw wood, the range of use is generally limited due to the physical characteristics of raw wood, and defects as an organic material may occur.

At the same time, since the current production of hardwood as an environmental resource is limited, various studies have been conducted on the efficient use of hardwood, that is, a plan to utilize 100% of the limited wood, and the results of the research are currently interior/exterior materials for construction, furniture, and structures. It is a variety of wooden board products (plywood, MDF, PB (Particle Board), OSB (Oriented Strand Board), etc.)

Among the plate products currently being produced, plywood is a plate-like product manufactured by cutting thin veneers from hardwood, applying resin to each veneer, and then cross-laminating each veneer based on the fiber direction of the veneers.

Among other plate products, MDF is an abbreviation of Medium Density Fiber board, which is a medium density fiber board. A medium density board is made by separating the fibrous tissue of a tree, pushing an adhesive and pressing it with strong pressure. As it rises, it becomes very heavy, and the formaldehyde component contained in the adhesive can have a bad effect on health, so it has been avoided recently.

As this MDF is an artificial material, it is manufactured in various thicknesses, and the texture of the surface is uniform and smooth, so if you paint it with acrylic paint, you can get a plastic-like surface. falls a lot MDF is mainly used for interior decoration, and it can also be used as a product that looks like wooden furniture by attaching natural veneer to the surface by using the advantage of its smooth surface.

Among other plate products, PB is an abbreviation of Particle Board, which is a kind of recycled material. It is made by crushing wood into small particles, making it into a plate using an adhesive, and attaching a film with a tree pattern to the surface to complete it. These PBs are used as built-in cabinets, sinks, shoe racks, etc. in homes, and are mainly used as table tops in general restaurants. Since they are made of small grains and are lighter than other woods, they can come in contact with moisture thanks to the film attached to the surface. However, there is a disadvantage in that the wide side of the plate to which the film is attached must be cut and an additional film strip must be attached to the cut portion.

It is characterized in that it consists of a recovery step.

As described above, in the conventional chipboard manufacturing method, the supply of wood, the main raw material of chipboard, is not smooth, and due to the nature of wood, it takes a long time to consume living trees and plant trees again. This is continuously rising, so it is not suitable for consumers who need eco-friendly chipboards by using waste wood to reduce prices or using chemical adhesives (eg formaldehyde) to manufacture chipboards. Since the formaldehyde level is lowered, it is difficult to export overseas. In addition, since the chipboard must be manufactured after the wood is made into sawdust, it takes a long time to make the wood into sawdust through many processes, and it has the disadvantage of providing less chipboard within a short period of time. Since it is used after being cured and molded, there is a problem of bending or breaking due to a drop in tensile force or elasticity.

On the other hand, bamboo is a plant with so many uses that it is said that it is a gift from God, and where bamboo grows, there are cultures and civilizations that have developed products that use bamboo as a resource. It is used in a variety of places such as architecture, tableware, accessories, and weapons.

Bamboo is one of the materials used a lot for tableware and weapons. In fact, in Damyang, where bamboo forests are the most abundant in Korea, rice and other grains steamed in a bamboo tube are the local food and weapons such as bamboo swords and bamboo spears. also made with It is processed and used as herbal medicine, and it is poured into a wine barrel to make juktong wine, and bamboo leaves are used to make a liquor called Jukyeopcheong, and bamboo gin is squeezed to make a liquor called bamboo shoots. Bamboo salt is also made by putting salt in a bamboo tube and roasting it 9 times.

It is also a plant that is presumed to be the reason why hand axes are not found in Paleolithic China. In other regions, stone tools would be needed for hunting, but in China, where bamboo is abundant, there was bamboo that could be used as a hunting weapon, so it would have been enough to use stone tools or not.

However, these bamboos grow luxuriantly in a short period of time because of their good growth and growth activities, have excellent elasticity and tensile strength, and have a large amount of production.

Therefore, there is a continuous demand for research into a method of manufacturing moldings that can be used in various fields of daily life using bamboo having many advantages.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a bamboo processing step of preparing by cutting dried bamboo in the longitudinal direction and cutting it into a plurality of square pillar-shaped pieces having a width of 4 mm, a length of 4 mm and a length of 30 mm, and A mixing step of mixing 97% by weight of the bamboo pieces prepared through the bamboo processing step and 3% by weight of the thermosetting adhesive in a stirrer, and mixing the bamboo pieces and the adhesive mixture mixed through the mixing step into an extruder to form a columnar shape An extrusion processing step of processing the bamboo piece mixture of the step, and a bamboo piece production in which the bamboo piece mixture extruded through the extrusion processing step is put into a mold molding machine temperature controlled at 90 ° C. to 100 ° C. to compress it to produce a molded product made of bamboo as a raw material. consists of steps.

Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing a molded article using bamboo as a raw material according to an embodiment of the present invention and a bamboo molded article manufactured by the manufacturing method will be described.

The method for manufacturing a molded product using bamboo as a raw material according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bamboo processing step, a mixing step of bamboo pieces and an adhesive, an extrusion processing step of the bamboo piece mixture, and a step of manufacturing a bamboo molded product.

The bamboo processing step is a step of preparing by cutting dried bamboo in the longitudinal direction and cutting it into a plurality of square pillar-shaped pieces having a width of 4 mm, a length of 4 mm and a length of 30 mm.

In the conventional chip board, wood by-products, such as sawdust, are shredded into irregularly shaped pieces of wood, and then the irregularly shaped pieces of wood are crushed into granular particles to make chips and compress the chips to make chipboards. The chip board has a disadvantage in that it is bent or easily broken due to lack of tensile strength or elasticity.

Therefore, as described above, the present invention is to make a molded product by cutting the dried bamboo into thin square columnar pieces, and unlike the conventional chip board made of sawdust, a high-quality bamboo molded product having excellent tensile and elastic mechanical properties. There are advantages to being able to

The mixing step is a step of mixing 97% by weight of bamboo pieces prepared through the bamboo processing step and 3% by weight of thermosetting adhesive in a stirrer.

Through this mixing step, it is possible to adjust the adhesive strength between the bamboo pieces in the shape of a thin square column through a thermosetting adhesive that adjusts the heat reaction, and the mixing ratio of the bamboo pieces and the adhesive can be changed depending on the application target of the molding to be manufactured. However, considering the adhesive strength between the bamboo pieces, it is preferable that the adhesive contains 3 to 5% by weight.

In addition, the thermosetting adhesive can be either water-based or oil-based, and can be selected according to the use.

The extrusion processing step is a step in which the bamboo pieces and the adhesive mixture mixed through the mixing step are put into an extruder and processed into a cylindrical bamboo piece mixture.

The diameter of the outlet of the extruder may be changed to 20 mm, 30 mm, or 40 mm, and considering that the bamboo pieces used in the manufacture of the bamboo molding according to the present invention have a rectangular column shape and have a length of 30 mm, the diameter of the outlet of the extruder is 20 mm. In this case, the bamboo pieces inside the cylindrical mixture passing through the extruder outlet are extruded in a shape aligned side by side in the longitudinal direction. In addition to the bamboo pieces that are placed in various directions, bamboo pieces located in more diverse directions coexist. The exit of the extruder can be determined considering the shape and properties of the product.

Then, the bamboo piece mixture extruded through the extrusion processing step is put into a mold molding machine temperature-controlled at 90 ° C. to 100 ° C., and then compressed and molded to produce a bamboo molding.

On the other hand, since the product strength of the bamboo molding varies according to the compressive strength of the mold forming machine, the compressive strength of the mold molding machine is adjusted according to the product to be made through the bamboo molding.

Therefore, as described above, the bamboo molding according to the embodiment of the present invention is manufactured by a mold mold and can be processed in any shape, so it has various advantages in application fields.

In addition, the bamboo molding manufactured by this manufacturing method has excellent tensile and elastic mechanical properties, so it can be used in the manufacture of high-end furniture, as well as musical instruments with parts made of wood, such as guitars. The body, neck, and head of the guitar can be manufactured using bamboo moldings.

As described above, the bamboo molding produced by the present invention can provide a new type of molding using bamboo, so it has a resource utilization effect, and as an applicable molding in the wood field, it is very usable in the field where high-quality wood can be used. It is a useful invention.
