편백나무 잎 추출물에 대한 항균성은 ASTM E2149 SHAKE FLASK TEST로 측정하였다. 균(Staphylococcus aureus)이 배양된 배양액에 상기 추출물 100㎕을 넣고 24시간 배양 후 생존 균수를 측정한 후, 초기 균수 및 24시간 후 균수로부터 세균 감소율을 측정하였다. Claims (5)

(a) 편백나무 잎을 세척하는 단계;

(c) 상기 추출액을 감압 농축하여 추출물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 편백나무 잎 추출물의 제조방법.
