Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lifting suture having a molded part at its distal end so that the suture knotting operation is unnecessary in a surgical procedure, a suture kit in which the lifting suture having a molded part at the distal end is inserted into a hollow part of a cannula, and a manufacturing method thereof.
Lifting refers to lifting the wrinkles of aged skin and keeping them taut, and in particular, it refers to managing fine wrinkles, which are signs of skin aging, and sagging skin that loses elasticity.
In addition, a lifting suture (縫合絲, suture) is a thread used during a lifting procedure, and is divided into an absorbable suture that is absorbed in the body after lifting and a non-absorbable suture that is not absorbed and must be removed.
Sutures using cutgut, polyglycolic acid, etc. have been developed as the absorbable suture, and non-absorbable sutures include silk, nylon, polyterephthalethylene, and the like. In particular, absorbable sutures have been developed to be decomposed by the human body, so there is no need to remove sutures after the procedure.
Since the lifting suture as described above is knotted before and after the procedure, excessive folding and bending are applied to the existing suture, and the strength of the knot is significantly lowered, resulting in a risk of losing its function. It is larger than a barb and is hard, so there is a disadvantage in that it can cause severe pain to the patient through tissue and nerve damage when inserted into the subcutaneous tissue.
That is, after the suture lifting procedure, the suture is generally made at the beginning and end of the suture so that the suture does not come loose, and if necessary, a knot is also made in the middle of the suture. Since it is very important to finish suturing as quickly as possible by shortening the procedure time, suturing and knotting techniques are essential for safe and efficient surgery.
Conventionally, in order to tie a knot in a suture during suture work, a knotting device for grabbing, fixing, or turning the suture was used. However, since a large space is required to use the knotting device, it is necessary to shorten the suture time within a narrow space as much as possible. Considerable skill is required for this. Accordingly, various suture instruments such as a Cambridgeendo or Radius surgical system have been developed for easily, quickly, and firmly tying a suture knot in a narrow space.
As a prior art for such a lifting suture, Korean Patent Laid-open Publication No. 10-2018-0101312 (September 12, 2018) has a fixed part that can be fixed to the skin on one side and a variable part that can be moved and fixed on the other side. It is formed symmetrically, and the fixing part and the variable part integrally form the anchor part protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the fiber yarn by mutual double injection, and the anchor part of the fixing part and the variable part are formed at regular intervals so that the fiber yarn is exposed to the outside. A lifting suture is disclosed, and in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1701434 (February 13, 2017), a plurality of conical projections or funnel-shaped projections are made of a polymer material formed on the outer circumferential surface of the main suture head. A suture for face and body lifting, wherein the protrusions are conical, polygonal cone, truncated cone, modified polygonal pyramid, polygonal pyramid, modified polygonal pyramid, cylindrical shape, deformed polygonal pyramid, multi-truncated polygonal pyramid, multi-truncated polygonal pyramid, and multi-truncated polygonal pyramid formed in a radially symmetrical structure centered on the suture main body. A suture for lifting the face and body is disclosed, characterized in that it has a three-dimensional structure of a prismatic shape or a modified polygonal column shape or a funnel shape in which part or all of the space excluding the outer circumferential surface of the three-dimensional structure and the internal suture headquarters is empty. .
However, in the lifting suture according to the prior art, a knotting device was used to grab, fix, or turn the suture thread in order to tie a knot during the procedure. In order to shorten the sealing time as much as possible, considerable skill is required.
One of the important points to be considered in procedures using sutures is the need to firmly maintain and fix the sutures at the site of operation in order to ensure stable and long-lasting effects of suturing, tissue adhesion or support, and fixation. It is necessary to make a solid knot so that the suture does not come loose, and it is necessary to reduce the time and effort required for the knotting process to a minimum for a quick and safe procedure.

Looking at this in detail, the
That is, the
The
Even if the thermoplastic resin is a resin that is melted and solidified when heat is applied, it is melted when heated again and has a characteristic that it can be reused. In particular, since the thermoplastic resin can be heated and molded at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature, it is possible to form a shape.
That is, a thermoplastic resin is generally a resin that melts and has fluidity when heat or pressure is applied, and has a feature that can be given shape by injecting into a mold having a desired shape and cooling by using the fluidity when melted.

According to the present invention, the
As shown in Table 1, since PET has a melting point of 260 °C and a glass transition temperature of 67 to 81 °C, the PET can be molded at a temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature. Similarly, since all of the resins for producing sutures shown in Table 1 are thermoplastic resins, when heated to a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature, they are injected into a mold having a shape, pressurized, and then cooled to give a shape.
