Abstract

The present invention relates to shoe trees inserted into shoes (shoes, sneakers, etc.). In particular, the present invention relates to a shoe tree composed of a frame and having a function of dehumidifying moisture inside the shoe while maintaining a good shape of the shoe. According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention comprises: a plurality of transverse frames inserted into the front of the shoe; and a longitudinal frame supporting each of the transverse frames at predetermined intervals.

Description

The present invention relates to shoe trees inserted into shoes (shoes, sneakers, etc.). In particular, the present invention relates to a shoe tree composed of a frame and having a function of dehumidifying moisture inside the shoe while maintaining a good shape of the shoe.

Conventional shoe tree is a shoe-shaped frame put inside the shoe, and serves to prevent deformation of the shoe shape. In addition, a desiccant can be accommodated in a conventional shoe tree to dry the inside of the shoe.

However, the conventional shoe tree is a shoe-shaped frame, and a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the frame. Accordingly, air flows from the outside of the shoe to the inside of the frame through the ventilation hole or vice versa, but since the structure does not circulate throughout the inside of the shoe, there is a problem in that ventilation is not good and drying efficiency is very low.

The present invention aims to solve the foregoing and other problems.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a shoe tree in which shape retention and ventilation are improved by supporting a plurality of transverse frames in the form of ribs on a vertical frame, which is a backbone.

According to one aspect of the present invention for achieving the above or other object, a plurality of transverse frames inserted into the front of the shoe; and longitudinal frames supporting each of the transverse frames at predetermined intervals, wherein each of the transverse frames has an arc shape bent toward the bottom of the shoe from left and right sides of the longitudinal frame.

The effect of the shoot tree according to the present invention will be described as follows.

According to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention, since the frame inserted into the shoe is formed as a frame, it is possible to provide a shoe tree with highly improved breathability as well as shape retention.

According to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to provide a shoe tree with improved compactness and cleaning function by mounting the case in the space of the frame, which is the frame.

According to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to provide a shoe tree with improved interchangeability by attaching and detaching a case to a frame, which is a skeleton.

According to at least one of the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to provide a shoe tree that can be dried in the sun by hanging a hook formed on a frame, which is a skeleton, or hanging on a clothesline.

The shoe tree 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 can be inserted inside the front of the shoe. The shoe tree 1 may include a plurality of transverse frames 10 and longitudinal frames 30 .

Referring to Figures 1 and 2, it may include a plurality of transverse frames (10). The plurality of transverse frames 10 may be positioned at predetermined intervals from the toe (front) to the instep (rear). The plurality of transverse frames 10 are distributed in the form of ribs to hold the shape of the shoe well and have excellent air permeability. Each of the transverse frames 10 may have an arc shape curved toward the bottom of the shoe. For example, each of the transverse frames 10 may form the shape of a hoof toward the top of the foot. A plurality of transverse frames 10 may form a conical shape in plan view. The plurality of transverse frames 10 may be made of a plastic material. For example, the plurality of transverse frames 10 may be made of a polyethylene (PE) material. In this case, the plurality of transverse frames 10 can undergo minute elastic deformation. The plurality of transverse frames 10 may include first to eighth transverse frames 11 to 18. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6 , the shoe tree 1 may include a first case 50 . The first case 50 may contain a desiccant, a deodorant, and a fragrance. Desiccants, deodorants, fragrances, etc. may be configured in the form of a plurality of balls.

The first case 50 may be mounted on the transverse frame 10 . That is, the first case 50 may be mounted in the front lower space 20 of the transverse frame 10 . The front lower space 20 of the transverse frame 10 may be a space between the first to fifth transverse frames 11 to 15. The front and rear surfaces of the first case 50 may be sandwiched between one surface of the first transverse frame 11 and one surface of the fifth transverse frame 15 . Between the front and rear surfaces of the first case 50, the second to fourth transverse frames (12 to 14) may be fitted to the lower side.

Referring to FIG. 7 , the first case 50 may include a first case body 51 and a first case cover 56 .

The first case body 51 may have a half-moon shape in cross section.

The first case body 51 may include an opening 52 . The opening 52 may be formed on the rear surface of the first case body 51 . The opening 52 may be a penetrating portion through which balls are drawn in and out.

The first case body 51 may include a plurality of small holes 53 . A plurality of small holes 53 may be formed on the upper and lower surfaces and the front surface of the first case body 51 . The plurality of small holes 53 may be holes for passing air between the inside of the shoe and the ball.

The first case body 51 may include a bottom protrusion 54 . The bottom protrusion 54 may be formed on the rear surface of the first case body 51 as shown in FIG. 2 . The bottom protrusion 54 may float between the rear surface of the first case body 51 and the bottom of the shoe. Thus, the small hole 53 on the rear side of the first case body 51 is not clogged, and a smooth circulation path can be formed.

The first case cover 56 may open and close the opening 52 . Like the first case body 51, the first case lid 56 may also have a half-moon shape. An air passage part 57 may be formed in the first case cover 56 . The air passage part 57 may be formed as a slot. The first case cover 56 may be fitted inside the opening 52 . In this case, the balls of the first case 50 can be easily exchanged.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6 , a shoe tree 1 and a detachable part 60 may be included.

The detachable part 60 may include a receiving groove 61 . The receiving groove 61 may be formed on the upper surface of the first case body 51 as shown in FIG. 7 . The receiving groove 61 may form a groove having a very shallow depth. The receiving groove 61 can accommodate the lower surface 10a of the transverse frame 10 .

The detachable part 60 may include a locking jaw 63 . The locking jaws 63 may be formed at the left and right lower ends of the transverse frame 10 as shown in FIG. 6 . As shown in FIG. 5 , the locking protrusions 63 may be caught on the left and right edges of the first case body 51 . That is, when the first case 50 is inserted into the transverse frame 10, the second to fourteen transverse frames 12 to 14 open slightly, the locking jaw 63 clicks, and the first case body 51 can be hung on the left and right edges of

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4 , the shoe tree 1 may include a second case 70 . The second case 70 may contain a dehumidifier, a deodorant, and a fragrance. Dehumidifiers, deodorizers, air fresheners, etc. may be composed of large balls. The user can check the performance of the large ball with the naked eye. Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 , the second case 70 may include a second case body 71 and a second case cover 73 .

A rib 19 may be formed on the rear surface of the second case body 71 . The rib 19 may extend downward from the lower end of the longitudinal frame 30 . The rib 19 may support the rear surface of the second case body 71 .

The second case body 71 may include an opening 72 . The opening 72 may be formed on the lower surface of the second case body 71 . The opening 72 may be a through portion through which a large ball is taken in and out.

The second case body 71 may include a plurality of large holes 73 . A plurality of large holes 73 may be formed around the second case body 1 . The plurality of large holes 73 may be holes for passing air between the inside of the shoe and the ball. The large hole 73 may be relatively larger than the small hole 53 . The large hole 73 may provide a space for checking dehumidification with the naked eye.

The second case cover 76 may open and close the opening 72 . The second case cover 76 may be formed in a donut shape. Unlike the first case cover 56, the second case cover 76 can be prevented from falling out once coupled.

Here, since the second case body 71 is shaped like a bell, the concave groove 58a can be formed on the rear surface of the first case body 51 . The first case cover 56 may have a concave cover portion 58b aligned with the concave groove 58a. The concave portion of the first case 50 may be fitted into one surface of the second case body 71 .
