본 고안은 굵은 면사와 가는 면사의 교직으로 이루어진 면직물로써 경사는 면사16' s/1+면사26 's/1로 사용되고 위사는 면사26' s/1+면사40' s/1로 하며,원단의 밀도를 경사가 1인치당 (1:1)x28.5R=57본~69본(1:1)x34.5R이고 위사도 1인치당 (1:1)x28.5R=87본~69본(1:1)x34.5R로 하여 드레이프성이 우수하고, 시원하며 가볍고 착용감이 좋은 면직물을 제공하는 것이다.

본 고안은 100% 순면직물로써, 드리에프성이 우수하고, 가볍고 시원하며, 착용감이 우수한 면직물에 관한 것이다.
지구 온난화에 대응해서
1. 신체에 해롭지 아니하는 천연섬유 소재 선택
2. 가볍고, 시원하면서도 미짐이 없는 설계
3. 땀의 흡수가 좋고(순면) 공기구멍이 커서(정사각형) 빠르게 마르고 습기가 배출될 것
4. 착용감이 우수하고 외관이 예쁠 것
본 고안은 상기의 목표를 달성하기 위한 것으로써, 천연섬유의 특성을 그대로 유지하면서 가볍고 시원하며 드레이프성이 우수하여 드롭성과 착용감이 뛰어난 재킷,스커트용 면직물 원단을 제공하는 것이다
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안에 따른 드레이프성이 향상된 면직물은 굵은면사1본+가는면사1본 배열로 이루어진 경사 및 위사를 이용하여 직조된 면직물로써, 면직물 원사의 번수가 경사는 면 16 '/1본+면26' s/1본 배열이고, 위사는 면26' /1본+면40' s/1본 배열이며, 면직물의 밀도가 경사는 1인치당 (1:1)x28.5R=57본~69본(1:1)x34.5R이고 위사도 1인치당 (1:1)x28.5R=57본~69본(1:1)x34.5R(공기구멍 정사각형, 외관 예쁨)인 것으로 특징한다. 면직물 원단의 폭을 57" /58" (±10%), 즉 전폭 58" 에 사용폭 57" 로 하고 최대 ±10%의 오차를 감안하여 제직할 경우 원단의 무게는 180g(±10%)이 된다.
본 실시예의 경우, 경사 경우 면사16 's/1과 면사26' s/1 을 1:1 배열로 사용하고 위사도 면26 's/1과 면사40' s/1을 1:1배열로 사용하여 공기구멍이 최대한 많게하고, 신체 접촉 부분을 최소로 하여, 시원하고 착용감이 좋도록 하였으며, 드레이프성이 좋도록 하기 위하여 경사를 위사보다 50%이상 굵은 원사를 사용한 면직물 원단인 것이다.
경사를 면사16 's/1과 면사26' s/1을 1:1 배열로 사용하고(굵은면사), 위사를 면사26 's/1과 면사40' s/1을 1:1 배열로 사용하여(가는면사) 드레이프성이 좋아 착용감이 좋고, 신체에 닿는 부분이 적으며 공기구멍이 많아 시원한 면직물이다.

  1. 순면 직물은, 경사 면사16' s/1+면사26 's/1의 1:1배열이고 위사는 면사26' s/1+면사40' s/1 배열이며, 밀도는 경사가 1인치당 (1:1)x28.5R=57본~69본(1:1)x34.5R이고 위사도 1인치당 (1:1)x28.5R=57본~69본(1:1)x34.5R을 특징으로 하는 드레이프성 우수하고 가볍고 시원한 면직물 원단임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 교직물의 폭 57" /58" (±10%)인 경우 상기 원단의 무게가 180g/yard(±10%)인 드레이프성이 우수하고 가볍고 시원한 고급 면직물 원단임.
