Abstract

본 발명은 IoT 및 CLOUD환경에서의 스마트TV 지문인증 리모컨을 통한 광고제공 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 통신 수단을 이용하여 광고를 전송하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
정보통신 네트웍을 이용하여 광고전송 방법을 세부적으로 구현하며, 이를 통하여 사용자는 자신의 정보통신 단말기로 언제 어디에서나 편리하게 광고를 시청할 수 있게 된다.

본 발명은 사용자에게 광고를 제공하는 것에 관한 것으로서, 특히 통신 수단 연결이 가능한 TV 리모컨을 이용하여 해당 사용자에게 해당 광고를 제공하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
사람들이 TV를 시청할 때 전통적인 리모컨을 사용하여 TV를 시청하며, 이때 전통적인 리모컨은 적외선 등의 신 호송수신 방식으로 TV와 직접 통신을 통해 제어명령을 통하여 동작을 처리하는 방식이 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적인 과제는 인터넷 및 기타 정보통신 네트웍으로 구성된 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 환경에서 기존의 전통적인 리모컨으로는 수행할 수 없는 사용자별 광고제공 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 본 발명의 스마트TV 지문인증 리모컨으로 제어되는 광고제공 시스템 및 방법을 통하여 사용자별 광고정보를 편리하게 전달하도록 하려는 것이다.
상기의 기술적인 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 정보통신 네트웍과 연결되는 스마트TV리모컨을 이용하여 광고제공 방법을 세부적으로 구현하며, 이를 통하여 사용자는 스마트TV 로 언제 어디에서나 편리하게 광고정보를 제공받을 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면 정보통신 네트웍을 통해 사용자는 스마트TV 리모컨으로 언제 어디에서나 편리하게 광고정보를 제공받을 수 있게 된다.
이하, 첨부한 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명함으로써, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 도-1 은 전체 시스템 구성도이다.
도-2 는 본 발명의 구성요소를 통해 처리되는 진행절차이다.
도-3 은 도-2의 내용(본 발명의 구성요소 간에 처리되는 절차)을 자세히 설명하는 진행절차이다. 도-4 는 전통적인 리모컨의 형태와 본 발명의 스마트리모컨이다.
도-5 는 스마트리모컨의 구성 및 동작단계별 표시내용이다.
도-6 은 스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신단말기와 스마트리모컨의 구성 및 연결이며, 특히 스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신단말기를 통해 스마트TV의 화면으로 전송되는 "지문입력 위치값" 과 스마트리모컨 상의 "지문 인식영역 구분값" 이다. 본 발명의 명세서에는 "지문입력 위치값" 9개와 "지문인식영역 구분값" 9개를 기준으로 설명을 하였으며, 필요에 의하여 각각의 9개의 값을 줄이거나, 늘려서 동작시킬 수 있다.
도-7 은 본 발명의 구성요소들을 사용자가 사용하는 장면이다.
도-8 은 본 발명에 의하여 다수개의 스마트TV 환경속에서 사용자가 지정한 스마트TV에 본 발명의 서비스가 제공 되는 화면이다.
도-9 는 스마트TV의 화면으로 전송되는 "지문입력 위치값" 9개와 이에 대응되는 9개의 코드값이다. 도-10 는 도9를 상세히 표현한 도면이다.

다음은 본 발명의 세부 처리 내용이다.
정보통신단말기-2는 도-13에서와 같이 스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신단말기를 의미하며, 스마트TV와 HDMI 와 연결된다.
도-16의 정보통신단말기-2[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001]와 정보통신단말기-1[스마트 리모컨- 001]를 상호 근접시켜서 NFC 통신망이 가동된다. 정보통신단말기-2는, 지문처리서버[서버-A]로 지문입력위치값 9개를 요청하며 상기 지문처리서버가, 지문입력위치값 9개를 발행하여 이를 정보통신단말기-2로 전송한다. 지문 입력위치값은 도-6 에서와 같이 서버-A[지문처리]에서 발행하는 값으로 스마트TV 화면에 표시된다. 지문입력위 치값 9개가 스마트TV 화면에 표시될 때에는 도-6과 같이 표시되는데 이 때, 지문입력위치값 9개 중에서 끝에서 2번째 자리에 "A"가 들어 있는 위치값인 "4323A2"는 도-6의 하단 좌측과 같이 검정색 동그라미로 표시된다. 도- 9와 도-10에 상세히 확인 할 수 있다.
정보통신단말기-2는, 상기 지문입력위치값 9개를 스마트TV로 전송하여 스마트 화면에 상기 지문입력위치값 9개 를 표시하면, 사용자는 스마트TV 화면에 표시된 지문인식 위치를 확인후, 즉 도-10에 있는 것과 같이 검정색 동 그라미의 위치를 확인 후, 정보통신단말기-1의 지문인식영역 9개 중에서 검정색 동그라미에 대응되는 영역을 손 가락으로 누른다. 이 때 정보통신단말기-1은 지문이 눌려진 위치값[0000A2]을 정보통신단말기-2로 전송한다. 정보통신단말기-1의 지문인식영역 9개는 도-6의 하단 우측의 그림과 같다. 지문인식영역 9개 구분값은 지문이 눌려진 위치를 확인 할 수 있도록 하는 값으로 고정적으로 할당할 수 있으며, 서버-A[지문처리]에서 발행하여 전송 받을 수 있다.
정보통신단말기-2는, 정보통신단말기-1로부터 전송된 위치값[0000A2]을 수신 후, 서버로부터 전송받은 지문입력 위치값 9개 중에서 위치값[0000A2]에 대응되는 "4323A2"와 상기 정보통신단말기-2 고유번호[스마트TV 연결형 지 문 처리 정보통신단말기-001]를 정보통신단말기-1로 전송한다.
정보통신단말기-1이, 상기 "4323A2"와 상기 정보통신단말기-2 고유번호[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001], 지문정보(정보통신단말기-1[스마트 리모컨-001]에서 입력받음)를 상기 서버-A[지문처리]로 전송하고 "4323A2"가 발행된 정보통신단말기-2[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001]로 광고전송을 요청한다.
상기 서버-A[지문처리]가, 정보통신단말기-1로부터 광고요청을 받은후, 해당 지문정보(정보통신단말기-1[스마트 리모컨-001]에서 입력받음)사용자에게 전송할 광고를 "4323A2"가 발행된 스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기로 전송할 것을 광고처리서버[서버-B]로 요청한다.
상기 서버-B[광고처리]가, 상기 서버-A[지문처리]로부터 광고요청을 받은후, 해당 지문정보(정보통신단말기- 1[스마트 리모컨-001]에서 입력받음)사용자에게 전송할 광고를 "4323A2"가 발행된 스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정 보통신 단말기로 전송할 수 있는 스마트리모컨을 구현할 수 있다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경 하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해 할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 본 발명으로 구현되어질 수 있는 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 정보통신단말기-2[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001]와 정보통신단말기-1[스마트 리모컨-001]를 상호 근접시키면,
    정보통신단말기-2가, 지문처리서버[서버-A]로 지문입력위치값 9개를 요청하는 단계;
    상기 지문처리서버가, 지문입력위치값 9개를 발행하여 이를 정보통신단말기-2로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 정보통신단말기-2는, 상기 지문입력위치값 9개를 스마트TV-001로 전송하여 스마트TV-001 화면에 상기 지문 입력위치값 9개를 표시하는 단계;
    정보통신단말기-1은, 사용자가 스마트TV-001 화면에 표시된 지문인식 위치를 확인후, 정보통신단말기-1의 지문 인식영역 중에서 지문이 눌려진 위치값[0000A2]을 정보통신단말기-2로 전송하는 단계;
    정보통신단말기-2가, 위치값[0000A2]을 수신후, 서버로부터 전송받은 지문입력위치값 9개 중에서 위치값 [0000A2]에 대응되는 "4323A2"와 상기 정보통신단말기-2 고유번호[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001]를 정보통신단말기-1로 전송하는 단계;
    정보통신단말기-1이, 상기 "4323A2"와 상기 정보통신단말기-2 고유번호[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001], 지문정보(정보통신단말기-1[스마트 리모컨-001]에서 입력받음)를 상기 지문처리서버로 전송하고 "4323A2"가 발행된 정보통신단말기-2[스마트TV 연결형 지문처리 정보통신 단말기-001]로 광고전송을 요청하는 단계;
