Description

재활용 골판지 {recycled corrugated paper}Recycled corrugated paper {recycled corrugated paper}

The present invention relates to recycling corrugated cardboard boxes by cutting discarded corrugated cardboard boxes to separate only the corrugated cardboard boxes, and more particularly, to recycled corrugated cardboard completed by filling long bones already formed in the separated corrugated cardboard boxes.

In general, corrugated cardboard is a cardboard made by attaching a corrugated core of a corrugated form to an original cardboard with an adhesive, and is divided into single-sided corrugated cardboard, double-sided corrugated cardboard, double-sided corrugated cardboard, and triple-sided corrugated cardboard.

Corrugated board has the advantage of using a material with a relatively low weight and exhibiting high compressive strength. Among the corrugated board, the corrugated medium provided between the originals gives thickness to the corrugated board, increases rigidity and flexibility, and at the same time increases relative elasticity against compression during impact. because it provides

Due to its excellent buffering function, corrugated cardboard is widely used as a box for packing goods. However, most of these cardboard boxes are discarded as waste after being used once. In order to make corrugated cardboard, which is the raw material of corrugated cardboard boxes, trees must be cut down, and chemicals are used in the process of processing the pulp of trees, so resource waste and environmental pollution problems are serious. Accordingly, a method of reproducing corrugated cardboard by collecting discarded cardboard boxes is used, but these are also used in the dissociation process (a process of dissolving waste paper in hot water and crushing it, and removing foreign substances primarily), screen process (a thin gap in a cylindrical basket). After going through selection processes such as the process of removing foreign substances by passing raw materials), cleaning process (process of removing fine sand and dust through centrifugal separation method), and then the concentration process (process of adjusting the concentration of the paper) and refining process (raw material) There was a problem in that a lot of cost was incurred in the process of reproducing into corrugated cardboard through processes such as the process of cutting the fiber length to an appropriate size) and the Chinese medicine process (the process of adding strength enhancers and retention agents to raw materials).

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the purpose is to provide recycled corrugated cardboard that does not have to go through the dissociation process, screen process, cleaning process, concentration process, beating process, and Chinese medicine process without worrying about the generation of wastewater. .

The technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned technical problems, and other technical problems not mentioned are clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. It could be.

In the corrugated cardboard pad 100 according to the present invention, when the corrugated cardboard box is unfolded, the space between the cut surfaces is filled with the corrugated cardboard pad 100, and then the cardboard pad 100 is cut to the required size and spliced together to produce the cardboard box. It is to provide a recycled corrugated cardboard (1).

By means of solving the above problems, the present invention provides recycled corrugated cardboard that does not have to go through the dissociation process, screen process, cleaning process, concentration process, beating process, and Chinese medicine process without worrying about environmental pollution due to wastewater generation. .

The present invention relates to cutting waste collected corrugated cardboard boxes to separate only corrugated cardboard and then recycling them for use in making corrugated cardboard boxes. It relates to a recycled corrugated cardboard (1) filled with 100).

The present invention for achieving the above object, that is, the terms related to corrugated cardboard or corrugated cardboard boxes used therein to describe the configuration of the recycled corrugated cardboard (1), that is, the long bone (2-1), the gum tape, the thick line (2-2) , liner paper, surface paper, wooden pattern, domusong, etc. are defined as follows.

First of all, when a cardboard box called 'Ilium (2-1)' used here is unfolded in the shape of a development, there are parts corresponding to the upper and lower covers of the cardboard box at the top and bottom, and the cover is divided into a horizontal cover and a vertical cover. There is a gap formed between the horizontal cover and the vertical cover, in the present invention, this gap is named 'ilium (2-1)'.

The term 'gum tape' refers to a tape that exhibits adhesiveness when wetted with water using paper, cloth, etc. A bone is formed in advance, and this bone is referred to as a 'blind line (2-2)' in the present invention.

Corrugated cardboard called 'Liner Paper' and 'Surface Paper' is made by bending the base paper into a waveform and attaching flat base paper to both sides. The base paper attached to the corresponding side is called 'liner paper'. In general, ‘surface paper’ is characterized by being tough, resistant to moisture, and prints well, while ‘liner paper’ has a rough surface, so it does not print well, is weak against moisture, and has the advantage of being inexpensive. 'Wood mold' is a knife blade planted in the shape of a box development on plywood, and 'Domusong' is also called 'Thompson'. means that

It should be noted that in the following description, only parts necessary for understanding the contents of the present invention are described, and descriptions of other parts will be omitted so as not to distract from the gist of the present invention.

In addition, it should be noted that the terms or words used in this specification and claims are arbitrarily defined by the inventor in the process of describing his/her invention.

In the above, terms used in the description of the present invention have been defined, and hereinafter, the production process and structure of the recycled corrugated cardboard 1 of the present invention will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the recycled corrugated cardboard (1) of the present invention is characterized in that a corrugated cardboard pad (100) is provided.

First, waste corrugated cardboard boxes are collected to manufacture recycled corrugated cardboard (1) boxes. At this time, it is desirable to collect it in a clean state without damage as much as possible. The iron core 2-3 is removed by appropriately cutting both ends of the collected corrugated cardboard box, that is, the connection part. When the connecting portion is cut, only the pure corrugated cardboard portion remains in the middle, which is referred to as 'primary corrugated cardboard (2)' in the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the ilium 2-1 is formed in the 'primary corrugated cardboard 2', so it is very inconvenient to recycle it in that state. In the present invention, a means to solve the inconvenience by filling the ilium 2-1 is provided. The corrugated cardboard filled with the ilium 2-1 is named 'secondary corrugated cardboard' in the present invention, and 'secondary corrugated cardboard' is again It is recycled to make cardboard boxes. Hereinafter, a detailed description of the process of filling the long bones (2-1) to make 'secondary corrugated cardboard' is as follows.

As described above, the ilium 2-1 is formed in the 'primary corrugated cardboard 2'. The ilium 2-1 must be provided in order to fold the box, but the types of collected boxes are different. 1) The width, length, and location of each are different, which is an obstacle to recycling corrugated cardboard. In order to efficiently recycle the corrugated cardboard, first, the long bones 2-1 must be filled. In the present invention, the corrugated cardboard pad 100 is used. The corrugated cardboard pad 100 is made by cutting corrugated cardboard of appropriate thickness or an elastic body similar to corrugated cardboard. It is formed on the side, and water-soluble starch paste is applied to the triangular projections 100-2 and used in a dried state. As mentioned above, the ilium (2-1) may have different widths and lengths depending on the box, and looking at the process of inserting the cardboard pad (100) into the ilium (2-1) to fill it, the ilium (2-1) When the width of the triangular process (100-2) is wide, the edge of the triangular process (100-2) is inserted in a state where it is hardly pressed, and when the width of the ilium (2-1) is narrow, the edge of the edge of the triangular process (100-2) is pressed flat. It gets plugged in as you go. When the length of the long bone (2-1) is long, it can be solved by attaching the corrugated cardboard pad (100). As a result, the long bone 2-1 can be filled using the corrugated cardboard pad 100 regardless of the width or length of the long bone 2-1. After filling the ilium 2-1, if the filled position is coated with adhesive tape 200 as shown in FIG. 5, the 'secondary corrugated cardboard', that is, the recycled corrugated cardboard 1 of the present invention is completed. At this time, when gum tape is used for the adhesive tape 200, the water applied to the gum tape is transferred to the starch adhesive of the triangular projection 100-2 of the corrugated cardboard pad 100, and as a result, the corrugated cardboard pad 100 adheres to the corrugated cardboard. more firmly fixed. Since then, when making a box with the recycled corrugated cardboard 1 of the present invention, the inner and outer surfaces are often swapped. In this case, problems such as not being printed or being vulnerable to moisture occur due to the characteristics of the liner paper. In order to solve this problem, if the surface paper is newly applied to the inside surface of the corrugated cardboard, that is, the surface where the liner paper is applied instead of the above taping, the 'secondary corrugated cardboard' becomes a recycled corrugated cardboard that is more durable and prints well. The 'secondary corrugated cardboard' of the present invention completed through this process, that is, recycled corrugated cardboard, is transferred to a box factory and can be recycled into boxes through operations such as transportation.
