In some embodiments of the present invention, the protruding block 4 is semicircular, and the length range of the protruding block 4 is the following standard: the protruding block 4 is semicircular, and the edge of the protruding block 4 is arranged outside the width edge of the gap block 3 after the protruding part 2 without the gap block where the protruding block 4 is arranged is inserted into the gap block 3, so that the protruding block 4 just fixes the protruding part 2 where the protruding block is arranged and the gap block 3, and the protruding part 2 cannot directly extend out of the box body in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the gap block 3; the length of the distance between the outer edge of the protruding block 4 far away from the protruding part 2 and the edge of the protruding part 2 farthest away from the protruding block 4 is not more than the length of the opposite gap block 3, so that the protruding block 4, namely the protruding part 2 connected with the protruding block into a whole, can extend into and out of the gap block 4 after the box body is twisted.

In the above embodiment, the position arrangement of the semicircular protruding blocks 4 of the two outer paperboards at the upper layer sealing part or the lower layer sealing part of the box body follows the following rules: when any layer of sealing part of the box body and the box body connected with the sealing part are twisted, the two semicircular protruding blocks 4 can enter the length range of the gap block 3.

Under the fixation of the protruding block 4, the sealed outer paperboard is fixed by the protruding block 4, and the protruding part 2 without the gap block is fixed by the protruding block 4, so that the outer paperboard where the protruding part 2 is located can be prevented from extending out of the gap block 3, and the fixing effect is ensured.

In the above embodiment, the second arrangement of the protruding portion of the outer cardboard includes 4 arrangements of the protruding blocks, one of which is that the two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed at the side closest to the center of the box body, and the other is that the two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed at the side farthest from the center of the box body.

In the above embodiment, the first and third arrangements of the protruding portions of the outer cardboard include two arrangements of the protruding blocks, one of which is that two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed on the left side of the protruding portion 2, and the other is that two protruding blocks 4 are both disposed on the right side of the protruding portion 2.

When the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 penetrates into the gap block 3, the protruding part can penetrate into the gap block 3 from the lower part and penetrate out from the upper part of the gap block 3, and the outer paperboard is firmly fixed through the fixing of the protruding block 4.

In some embodiments of the present invention, any one of the outer side boards is divided into three parts, the middle part is a part 5 which can be connected with two outer side boards on the same layer, and the left and right sides are the left and right side parts of the connected part respectively.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer side cardboard with the space block 3 has no protruding block in one of the three parts of the length range of the space block 3 and the outer side cardboard, but the edge of the space block 3 has the shortest distance of 1cm-5cm from the edge of the outer side cardboard, another outer side cardboard has the protruding part 1 facing the space block 3, both sides of one of the outer side cardboard in this design have the space block 3, the protruding part 2 facing the space block 3 is on another outer side cardboard, and this outer side cardboard also has the protruding block 4 with the same rule, wherein the total length of the connecting part 5 of the two outer side cardboards in the width direction of the rectangular top plan view of the packing box is equal to the total width of the top view.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the inner paperboard is rectangular.

In the above embodiment, the side of the inner paper board 7 at the upper seal and the lower seal of the packing box on the wide side parallel to the rectangular plan view of the packing box is equal to the length of the space in the box body in the wide side direction.

In the embodiment, the supporting pressure degree of the sealing position is improved through the support between the inner side paperboard and the long edge of the box body, and the stability of the sealing position is better ensured.

In conclusion, the protruding part 2 with the protruding block 4 can realize the sealing of the box body by penetrating into the gap block 3 and fixing the protruding block 4, and the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part of the box body are designed in such a way, so that the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part of the box body can be sealed without using adhesive tapes, the complete adhesive tape removing and the adhesive tape removing are realized, and the environment-friendly function realized by the adhesive tape removing is realized.

The total length of the connecting part 5 of the two outer paperboards on the same layer in the width direction of the rectangular top view of the box body is equal to the length of the width of the rectangular top view of the box body, so that when the two outer paperboards are closed, the middle connecting part 5 is basically on the same plane, and the express packing box is convenient to be covered with a veneer.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the connecting portion 6 of the two outer side paperboards at the lower sealing position of the packing box has different side lengths, i.e. different areas, parallel to the direction of the wide side of the rectangular top view of the packing box, so that two surfaces can be conveniently attached to different positions of the sealing position, and the connecting portion 5 at the upper sealing position has the same area. The dough sheet at the upper and lower sealing positions of the packing box can be conveniently identified through the position.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the protruding portion 2 without the space block is opposite to the space block 3 except for the protruding block 4, and is located at a central position in the length direction of the space block 3.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the length of the connecting portion of the two outer side boards at the bottom of the packing box is different on the wide side parallel to the rectangular top view of the packing box, so as to distinguish the connecting portion at the top of the packing box conveniently

Claims

1. A non-adhesive tape packaging case, comprising: one or two outer paperboards at the upper and lower sealing positions of the packing box are provided with gap blocks with the width not less than the thickness of the outer paperboards, and the outer paperboards at the gap blocks are provided with protruding parts which are opposite to the outer paperboards at the upper sealing position or the lower sealing position and can penetrate into the gap blocks; the protruding part inserted into the gap block is provided with a protruding block in the direction from the protruding part at one side of the outer edge of the junction of the protruding part and the non-protruding part, and the length of the distance between the outer edge of the protruding block far away from the protruding part and the farthest edge of the protruding part separated from the protruding block is not more than the length of the opposite gap block.

2. The non-adhesive-tape packing box according to claim 1, wherein the boundary line between said projecting portion and the non-projecting portion connected thereto is in the same vertical plane as the center line of the width of the rectangular sectional view in a top view of the box body.

3. The tapeless carton of claim 1, wherein the projections are each located inwardly of an edge of the carton when the outer panel is horizontally disposed.

4. The non-adhesive-tape packing case according to claim 1, wherein the protruding portion having the void block and the protruding portion having no void block in the packing case are respectively identical in size and shape.

5. The non-adhesive-tape packing box according to claim 1, wherein the total length of the non-protruding portions of the two outer sheets of the same layer including the void blocks in the widthwise direction of the top rectangular cross-sectional view of the box is equal to the length of the widthwise side of the top rectangular cross-sectional view of the box.

6. The non-adhesive-tape packing case according to claim 1, wherein the outer cardboard protruding portion is designed as a combination of any two of a protruding portion having a void piece and a protruding portion having a protruding piece of any one of the outer cardboard.

7. The non-adhesive-tape packing box according to claim 1, wherein the space block is provided at an edge inward portion of the outer sheet for the outer sheet having the space block and no projection.

8. The tapeless container of claim 1, wherein the width of the void pieces is no greater than twice the thickness of the container board.

9. The non-adhesive-tape packing case according to claim 1, wherein the protruding pieces have a semicircular shape.

10. The tapeless carton of claim 1, wherein the integral portions of the rectangular inner carton at the upper and lower seals of the carton are: the width in the direction parallel to the side connected to the case is equal to the length in the direction parallel to the side of the internal space of the case.
