Abstract

본 발명은 내절단성이 우수하여 스케이트 칼날 등에 의한 부상을 방지하고, 착용감이 향상되 내절단성 스포츠웨어에 관한 것으로서, 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 커버링한 복합사로 편직한 편직물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

내절단성 스포츠웨어{Cut resistant sportswear}
본 발명은 내절단성 스포츠웨어에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 내절단성이 우수하여 스케이트 칼날 등에 의한 부상을 방지하고, 착용감이 향상되 내절단성 스포츠웨어에 관한 것이다.
최근 스포츠 및 레져 활동에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 스포츠 관련 용품 시장이 크게 성장하였고, 그 중에서도 스포츠웨어 시장의 성장세는 괄목할 만하다.
스포츠웨어는 일반 의류에 비해 인체보호와 함께 스포츠에 따라 특정 기능성이 요구되므로, 이에 부응할 수 있는 새로운 기능성 소재들이 개발되고 있다. 이로 인해 스포츠웨어 시장은 양적 뿐만 아니라 질적측면에서도 성장하였다.
한편, 우리나라는 올림픽, 아시안게임 등의 글로벌 스포츠 빅 이벤트를 개최한 이후 스포츠웨어의 수요가 폭발적으로 급증하고 있다. 특히, 평창동계올림픽 이후 동계용 프리미엄급 범용 제품군, 예를 들면, 동계용 스포츠이너웨어, 스케이트 웨어, 아이스하키 웨어 등의 수요가 크게 증가하였다.
국내외 빙상스포츠 의류 제품의 시장규모가 급격히 확대되고 있으며, 전문가 집단 및 스포츠 레저 동호회는 물론 일반인들 역시 전문화된 소재 및 디자인이 적용된 의복에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있는 추세이다.
빙상스포츠의 경우 빙상경기 중 넘어진 선수 등의 스케이트 칼날에 부상을 입을 우려가 있어, 선수 및 동호인들을 보호하기 위한 내절단 기능성 보호복의 개발이 요구되고 있다.

이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 내절단성이 우수하여 스케이트 칼날 등에 의한 부상을 방지하고, 착용감이 향상되 내절단성 스포츠웨어를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 커버링한 복합사로 편직한 편직물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내절단성 스포츠웨어를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기 복합사는 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사가 Z연과 S연으로 각각 커버링된 것을 이용하는 것이 좋다. 이때, 상기 UHMWPE사의 섬도는 50 내지 200de로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 복합사는 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사 및 HTPE사가 Z연과 S연으로 각각 커버링된 것이 좋다. 이때, 상기 UHMWPE사 및 HTPE사의 섬도는 50 내지 100de로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 내절단성 스포츠웨어는 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 커버링한 복합사로 편직한 편직물로 이루어짐에 따라, 내절단성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 착용성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 내절단성 스포츠웨어에 대해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 내절단성 스포츠웨어는 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 커버링한 복합사로 편직한 편직물로 이루어진다.
상기 내절단성 스포츠웨어의 편직물은 내절단성 및 착용감을 향상시키고 편직시 편직성을 향상시키기 위해, 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 커버링한 복합사를 편직하여 이루어진다.
상기 복합사의 심사는 20 내지 40데니어의 스판덱스 원사를 사용하는 것이 좋다.
그리고 상기 복합사의 커버링사로서, 내절단성을 향상시키기 위해 UMMWPE(Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)사를 사용하고, 특히 분자량이 400만 내지 500만g/mol인 UMHWPE사를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때 상기 UHMWPE사를 상기 스판덱스 심사에 Z연 또는 S연의 한 방향으로 연사한 복합사를 사용할 수 있다.
상기 UHMWPE사의 섬도는 50 내지 200de로 이루어지는 것이 좋다. 상기 UHMWPE사의 섬도가 50de 미만으로 이루어지는 경우 편직성은 우수하나 충분한 내절단성을 확보하는데 한계가 있는 문제가 있고, 200de초과로 이루어지는 경우 내절단성은 우수하나 편직성이 좋지 못하고 착용성이 저하되는 문제가 있다.
특히, 상기 UHMWPE사는 내절단성, 편직성 및 착용성이 우수한 스포츠웨어를 얻기 위하여, 100de의 UHMWPE사를 이용하는 것이 좋다.
나아가, 여러방향에 대한 내절단성을 확보하기 위해, 상기 UHMWPE사를 상기 스판덱스 심사에 Z연 및 S연으로 각각 연사하여 커버링하는 것이 좋다.
또한, 여러방향에 대한 내절단성을 확보하기 위해, 상기 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 Z연으로, HTPE(High tenacity polyethylene)사를 S연으로 각각 커버링하는 것이 좋다. 이때 상기 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 S연으로, HTPE사를 Z연으로 각각 커버링할 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 HTPE사는 편직성 및 내절단성을 위하여 섬도가 50 내지 200de로 이루어지는 것이 좋다
상기 복합사를 싱글, 리브 및 인터록 등의 편조직으로 편직한 편직물은 내절단성 및 착용성이 우수하여 스피스 스케이팅, 아이스하키 등의 빙상경기의 스포츠웨어로 사용할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 내절단성 스포츠웨어의 실시예를 들어 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같고, 본 발명의 권리범위는 하기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
[실시예 1]
30 데니어의 스판덱스 심사에 분자량이 400만g/mol인 200de의 UMHWPE사를 커버링한 복합사를 싱글 편직기를 이용하여 편직하여 실시예 1인 편직물을 얻었다.
[실시예 2]
30 데니어의 스판덱스 심사에 분자량이 400만g/mol인 100de의 UMHWPE사를 Z연 및 S연으로 각각 커버링한 복합사를 싱글 편직기를 이용하여 편직하여 실시예 2인 편직물을 얻었다.
[실시예 3]
30 데니어의 스판덱스 심사에 분자량이 400만g/mol인 100de의 UMHWPE사를 Z연으로 커버링하고 100de의 HTPE사를 S연으로 각각 커버링한 복합사를 싱글 편직기를 이용하여 편직하여 실시예 3인 편직물을 얻었다.
실시예 1 내지 3의 편직물에 대하여 내절단성을 시험하였고, 내절단성 시험은 EN388; 2016의 시험방법으로 실험하였고, 그 결과를 표 1로 나타냈다.

표 1에서 확인되는 바와 같이, 실시예 1 내지 3의 편직물에 대한 내절단성 시험결과 3급으로서, 내절단성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있다.

  1. 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사를 커버링한 복합사로 편직한 편직물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내절단성 스포츠웨어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복합사는 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사가 Z연과 S연으로 각각 커버링된 것을 특징으로 하는 내절단성 스포츠웨어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 UHMWPE사의 섬도는 50 내지 200de로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내절단성 스포츠웨어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복합사는 스판덱스 심사에 UHMWPE사 및 HTPE사가 Z연과 S연으로 각각 커버링된 것을 특징으로 하는 내절단성 스포츠웨어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 UHMWPE사 및 HTPE사의 섬도는 50 내지 100de로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내절단성 스포츠웨어.
