Abstract

The present invention relates to a smart IoT-attached window opening and closing device which opens and closes windows by comprising a main body (10) that is a case attached to a window frame (100); a power device (20) having one end coupled to the main body (10) to be movable to the left and the right and the other end detachably coupled to a window (200), so as to open and close the window by a motor; and a controller (30) driving the power device (20) by a smartphone signal to open and close the window. The smart IoT-attached window opening and closing device of the present invention is detachably attached to an existing window frame to enable simple and quick opening and closing of windows.
