Abstract

In accordance with the present invention, provided is a vehicle air conditioner pipe including: a hose unit having a flow path formed therein; a socket unit into which the hose unit is inserted, and which surrounds an end of the hose unit; and a pipe unit inserted into the end of the hose unit, wherein the pipe unit includes: a first pipe unit inserted into the hose unit; a second pipe unit placed on the outside in an axial direction of the hose unit, and having a smaller external diameter than that of the first pipe unit; and a connection unit connecting the first and second pipe units, having a greater external diameter than that of the first pipe unit, and placed on the outer surface of the end of the socket unit. In accordance with the present invention, the first pipe expands the hose unit to minimize a deterioration in the cooling performance of a vehicle air conditioner, and the connection unit enables a pipe connection without a separate welding process, thereby reducing costs due to the nonapplication of welding, and also, preventing a defect causing factor (damage to a welded part, a refrigerant leak or the like) caused by welding.
