도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 배터리팩 냉각장치가 부착된 로워케이스의 분해사시도이다.

도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 배터리팩 냉각장치의 냉각 플레이트의 정면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 배터리팩 냉각장치의 열평형부재의 내부구조를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 배터리팩 냉각장치의 냉각 플레이트의 정면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 복수개의 배터리팩이 설치되도록 수용공간이 형성된 로워케이스; 및
상기 로워케이스의 하부에 부착되는 냉각 플레이트;
상기 로워케이스와 냉각 플레이트 사이에 마련되어 냉각된 유체가 순환하며, 길이방향의 일측 끝단에서 시작하여 그 반대편 끝단까지 진행하는 유입유로와 다시 유턴하여 일측 끝단으로 돌아오게 되는 유출유로를 포함하는 유턴 형상 구조로 형성된 유로; 및
상기 로워케이스에 부착되며 상기 유입유로와 유출유로를 열적으로 연결하는 열평형부재;를 포함하는 배터리팩 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 배터리모듈은 길이방향으로 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 열평형부재가 상기 배터리모듈 사이에 폭방향으로 길게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 로워케이스는 상부면에서 상기 열평형부재가 삽입되도록 함몰되어 형성된 안착홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열평형부재는 히트파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 로워케이스는 폭방향으로 길게 형성되어 상기 수용공간을 분할하도록 설치되는 공간분리부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유로는 상기 유입유로와 유출유로 사이의 길이방향의 축을 기준으로 서로 비대칭적으로 구비되며, 상기 유입유로에 의해 냉각되는 상기 로워케이스의 면적이 상기 유출유로에 의해 냉각되는 상기 로워케이스의 면적 보다 넓게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리팩 냉각장치.
