Description

VISCOELASTIC SOUP COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF}Viscoelastic soap composition and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a viscoelastic soap composition and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a viscoelastic soap composition that is environmentally friendly, beneficial to health, and has three-dimensional (3D) moldability and a method for manufacturing the same.

A soap composition with viscoelasticity is developed so that it can be used as a substitute for plastic clay toys or slime toys called liquid monsters, which have been used as infant toys and art craft materials, by implementing them as natural materials similarly. it has become

Here, viscoelasticity refers to the property of having both viscosity and elasticity. Objects with viscoelasticity have properties that are intermediate between liquid and solid, and have the characteristic that various customized three-dimensional (3D) molding is possible with a desired design by appropriate viscosity and elasticity.

Such a viscoelastic soap composition has the task of being environmentally friendly and suitable for health (especially skin health), as well as having appropriate viscoelasticity as a toy or art craft material with a mild, high moisturizing cleaning effect as a soap.

In general, the manufacturing method of neutralized soap proceeds with a high-temperature thermal reaction due to the saponification reaction of fatty acids and alkali metal salts. There is a problem.

In addition, in the case of fuel silk soap made of potassium hydroxide (caustic calcium), starch and a curing agent must be added to obtain the desired viscoelasticity. There is a problem that chemical additives are not good for skin health.

In addition, it is known that it is difficult to secure viscoelasticity suitable for three-dimensional molding because the nasal soap made of sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), which is generally widely used, is hard.

Examples of related prior art include Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2136774 "Natural soap composition with elasticity, viscoelasticity, and ductility that does not use polyvinyl alcohol and borax" (hereinafter referred to as 'prior art 1') and Korean patent registration There is a No. 10-1129474 "Method for Producing Skin Hypoallergenic Soap Clay with Reshaping Function" (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art 2').

However, in Prior Art 1, it is difficult to solve the above-mentioned shelf life problem or skin health problem by adding chemical additives such as surfactant, concentration adjusting agent, acidity adjusting agent, and hardener in addition to starch, and Prior Art 2 is sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. There are disadvantages in that it is difficult to add aromatic oil or vitamin components beneficial to health due to the inconvenience of using together and the high-temperature saponification process at 70°C or higher.

1 is a flowchart for explaining a method of manufacturing a viscoelastic soap composition according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, a viscoelastic soap composition and a manufacturing method thereof according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a flowchart for explaining a method of manufacturing a viscoelastic soap composition according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the method for preparing a viscoelastic soap composition according to this embodiment includes a plant oil mixture preparation step (S1), an alkaline aqueous solution preparation step (S2), a first mixing step (S3), and a second A mixing step (S4), a saponification step (S5), a non-crosstalk step (S6), a cutting step (S7), a neutralization step (S8), and a packing step (S9) are included.

The plant oil mixture preparation step (S1) is a step of heating and maintaining the plant oil mixture at 50° C. or less.

The plant oil mixture is made of 20 to 40% by weight of camellia oil (camellia oil), 20 to 40% by weight of coconut oil, and 20 to 40% by weight of palm oil, and may further include 10.5 to 15% by weight of sunflower seed oil. have.

The heating and holding temperature is preferably 35 to 50 °C. The reason that the temperature is set to 50° C. or less is that the higher the temperature, the faster the rate of the saponification reaction, so it is easy to proceed with a hard soap with high elasticity, so it is difficult to obtain a soap with appropriate viscoelasticity (stereoformability). This is because the defect rate that gels or hardens without progressing increases. In addition, it is also to prevent the loss of the active ingredients of the plant oil, which is weak to heat. The reason for setting the temperature to 35°C or higher is that, when the temperature is lower than the melting point of the oil components, the plant oil mixture becomes a solid state rather than a liquid state, so that the saponification reaction cannot occur. This step may be made by putting the plant oil mixture into a stirrer equipped with a heater and then heating it in the above temperature range, or it may be made by placing the plant oil mixture in a general metal container and heating it with a general electric heating device.

The alkaline aqueous solution preparation step (S2) is a step of mixing 98% pure caustic soda (sodium hydroxide: NaOH) with purified water at room temperature in a sealed state to make an aqueous caustic soda solution and then maintaining it at 50° C. or less.

The concentration of the aqueous caustic soda solution is preferably 25 to 35%.

When caustic soda and water meet, heat is instantaneously generated and the temperature rises to about 95°C, so wait for the temperature to drop for about 20-30 minutes (if you use cold purified water or use ice to make caustic soda solution) It is possible to reduce the cooling time), it is preferable to maintain the temperature at 35 ~ 50 ℃ similar to the temperature of the above-described plant oil mixture preparation step (S1). The temperature range was set in this way to slow down the saponification reaction and to obtain desired viscoelasticity.

Also, when caustic soda and water meet, toxic gas is released, so put a measuring container to make caustic soda solution in a sealable plastic zipper bag, pour purified water first, then slowly add caustic soda, seal the plastic zipper bag well, and stir Melt while mixing with a tool.

The first mixing step (S3) is a step of mixing the caustic soda solution prepared in the alkaline aqueous solution preparation step (S2) into the plant oil mixture prepared in the plant oil mixture preparation step (S1) and mixing.

The ratio of the vegetable oil mixture and the aqueous caustic soda solution is preferably 67 to 69 to 31 to 33 by weight.

The first mixing step (S3) is preferably made at 35 ~ 50 ℃ like the plant oil mixture preparation step (S1). Setting the temperature range in this way is the same as described in the plant oil mixture preparation step (S1). This step of mixing is done quickly and in a short time of less than 1 minute.

The second mixing step (S4) is a step of mixing at least one of an aroma oil component and a vitamin component in the first mixture (a mixture of a vegetable oil mixture and a caustic soda solution) generated in the first mixing step (S3).

The aroma oil component may include at least one of lavender having a calming effect and eucalyptus having a respiratory improving effect for aroma therapy, and may further include other ingredients such as rosemary, chamomile, and tea tree, if necessary. The total content of the aroma oil component is preferably 0.5 to 1.5% by weight based on 100% by weight of the mixture when the concentration of the aroma oil is 100%.

The vitamin component may include at least one of fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins. The fat-soluble vitamin is preferably vitamin E, and the water-soluble vitamin is preferably vitamin B5. Each content of fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins is preferably 0.5 to 2.0% by weight based on 100% by weight of the primary mixture.

As described in the background art, aroma oil components or vitamin components have weak properties to heat, so it is difficult to add them in a high-temperature saponification process. ) can be added freely by selecting various aromatic oil components or vitamin components that are beneficial to

The secondary mixing step (S4) is a step performed selectively in consideration of health and does not affect the viscoelasticity of the finished product, so even if omitted, it does not depart from the scope of the present invention.

The saponification step (S5) is a step of stirring the secondary mixture produced in the secondary mixing step (S4) at 30 ~ 45 ℃. When the secondary mixing step (S4) is omitted, the primary mixture generated in the primary mixing step (S3) is stirred. Stirring is preferably performed for 2 to 3 hours while stirring for about 1 minute at intervals of 10 to 30 minutes.

This step produces a liquid soap mixture, which contains naturally occurring glycerol. In this case, the content of glycerol is about 15% by weight. Glycerol plays the role of moisturizing the skin in the finished soap.

The non-cross-talk step (S6) is a step of sealing the liquid soap mixture generated in the saponification step (S5) and maintaining it for a certain period of time to produce a soap having desired viscoelasticity.

The non-crosstalk time varies depending on temperature and humidity, but is preferably 12 to 24 hours. It is preferable to keep it sealed in a plastic zipper bag. Through this step, a soap composition having appropriate viscosity and elasticity intended by the present invention, that is, a viscoelastic soap composition is produced.

The cutting step (S7) is a step of cutting and forming the viscoelastic soap composition that has undergone the non-crosstalk step (S6).

The neutralization step (S8) is a step of natural neutralization by sealing the viscoelastic soap composition cut in the cutting step (S7) and maintaining it for a certain period of time.

The neutralization period is preferably 2-3 weeks. Sealing is preferably performed by being accommodated in a sealable plastic zipper bag.

Through this step, a viscoelastic soap composition with a pH of 7.0 to 8.5 is produced.

The packaging step (S9) is a step of packaging the viscoelastic soap composition product that has undergone the neutralization step (S8).

Packaging is intended to prevent moisture loss due to exposure of the viscoelastic soap composition to air. When the package is opened in this packaging state, the viscoelastic soap composition is naturally dried at room temperature and cured with a soft soap after about 12 to 48 hours. Therefore, before hardening, it can be used as a toy or art craft material, and after hardening, it can be used as a general soap cloth. This double effect is obtained by using only the caustic soda solution and controlling the mixing ratio of the vegetable oil mixture, the saponification temperature, and the stirring time.
