Abstract

탄산 음료는 시간이 지날수록 탄산이 빠져 탄산 음료가 주는 청량감이 사라지게 된다. 탄산 주입기를 이용해 탄산을 주입할 수 있지만 가정집에서는 쉽게 사용할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 탄산 음료에 탄산을 손쉽게 보충할 수 있으면서 휴대하기 쉬운 캡슐이 필요하다. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 이산화탄소를 포함하는 수용성이며 식용가능한 마이크로 캡슐과 다량의 마이크로 캡슐을 감싸는 수용성이며 식용가능한 겉껍질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 탄산 음료에 넣을 시 용해되어 안의 이산화탄소가 탄산 음료에 쉽게 주입될 수 있으며, 작은 크기의 캡슐로 휴대하기 쉽다는 이점이 있고 캡슐이 음료에 용해되어도 식용이 가능하다는 이점이 있다.
