This is a result of the increase in the load on the permanent magnet due to the low saturation level of the magnetic flux density of the iron core.

In the case of the proposed SPMSM material 35PN380, the power density is 0.3801kW/kg, which is higher than that of the conventional one, so the power density is higher, but the iron loss due to the double stator structure is 91.4W, the permanent magnet loss is 14.4W, and the mechanical loss is 41.24W, so the efficiency is 41.24W. It is 91.45%, which is 0.72% lower than the conventional SPMSM, but achieves similar efficiency.
In the case of the proposed SPMSM material 20PN1500, the iron loss is 67.8%, which is larger than the conventional SPMSM, but the same output as 35PN380 and 2066.24W can be obtained, which is 37% higher than that of the conventional SPMSM.
In addition, the material 20PN1500 efficiency of the proposed SPMSM increased by 2.23% to 94.23%, and the output density increased by 22.23% to 0.3801kW/kg.
