Description
Embodiments relate to a mobile device, a method for automatically answering a call in a mobile device, and a computer program therefor. More specifically, in the embodiments, the mobile device automatically receives an incoming call made to the mobile device, plays a sound source to the other terminal of the call, and/or transmits access information through a URL, thereby providing an existing automatic response service (Automatic Response). System; ARS) is about a technology that can be realized using a mobile device.
An Automatic Responsive Service (ARS) is a service that provides information in the form of a voice signal to a user. The automatic answering service provides information in the form of a voice signal according to a preset scenario, while moving the scenario (menu) according to the Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) signal input from the user's phone terminal. and provide the information in a voice signal.
Recently, in addition to the voice-based automatic answering service, a technology for providing a visible automatic answering service by providing a user interface (UI) screen is being developed. In the case of the visible automatic response service, since the user can move the menu while viewing the screen corresponding to the guide, there is an advantage in that the user does not need to remember the contents of the guide or each menu item.
In order to provide a visible automatic response service, a voice response server for providing an automatic response in the form of a voice signal is required, and a server for providing visual information to the user terminal separately is also required. As an example of such prior art, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1612109 relates to "a system and method for providing a visual ARS service," which provides a visual ARS providing system that is doubly connected to a user's mobile terminal through an independent communication network and network. start
However, in the case of building a double automatic answering service system as in the prior art, the time and cost required to build the system is inevitably large, so it is difficult for small business operators, etc. There have been limits

The
In a state in which the automatic answering service is set to run through the mobile device 1 , the
For the above operation, in one embodiment, the
The
On the other hand, when the automatic answering service is not set in the mobile device 1 , the
In an embodiment, the
2 is a flowchart illustrating each step of an automatic response method of a mobile device according to an exemplary embodiment. For convenience of description, an automatic answering method of the mobile device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 .
First, the user of the mobile device 1 may set the status of whether to use the automatic response service using the mobile device 1 ( S101 ). To this end, a software application (or app) for executing the automatic response service may be installed in the mobile device 1 in advance, and the user determines whether to use the automatic response service through the application through the
In the mobile device 1 in which the application for the automatic answering service is installed, an intent for processing an incoming call to the mobile device 1 in the
(S104). In this state, when an incoming call from the calling
In an embodiment, the autoresponder service related parameter may include information on a location preset to enable or disable the autoresponder service. In this embodiment, when an incoming call is received, the
In the present embodiment, a user who wants to provide an automatic answering service using the mobile device 1 is, for example, a business operator who has a branch, and the operator directly answers the customer's phone call without needing to use the automatic answering service when he/she is located in the Yeongeom branch You may wish to respond through an automated answering service when you are not located in the branch. In this case, the user may set his/her branch location as a location where the automatic answering service will not be executed as an automatic answering service related parameter.
When an incoming call is received, the
In another embodiment, the automatic answering service related parameter may be associated with status information other than the location of the mobile device 1 , for example, whether the incoming mode of the mobile device 1 is a silent mode, a vibration mode, or a ringer mode. It may be deciding whether to run an autoresponder service or not.
When an incoming call is received, the
In an embodiment, the
3 is a conceptual diagram illustrating an exemplary form in which information is displayed on a calling terminal by an automatic answering method of a mobile device according to an embodiment.
Referring to FIG. 3 , on the screen of the calling
When the sender clicks on the URL included in the
Referring back to FIGS. 1 and 2 , the
The
Therefore, when using the mobile device 1 according to the embodiments, the user using the mobile device 1 installs an application necessary for his/her personal smart phone, etc. without building an expensive ARS system, and stores the voice guide file. By doing so, there is an advantage that an automatic response service can be provided through the mobile device 1 .
In one embodiment, the
For example, when a sound source for an automatic response is reproduced, the
In one embodiment, when the call made to the mobile device 1 is a video call call, the
In one embodiment, the provision of visual information to the calling
According to this embodiment, since voice guidance synchronized with the page or menu the user is browsing through the visible ARS can be provided through the call connection, the voice ARS and the visible ARS can be provided to the caller in a mutually synchronized manner. there is an advantage
In one embodiment, the user using the mobile device 1 stops the automatic answering when a call comes in, even if the automatic answering service is set in the mobile device 1 in advance, and the user can answer the call directly like a normal phone. you can also choose
4 is a conceptual diagram of an exemplary user interface for receiving a user input for stopping an automatic response service in a mobile device according to an embodiment.
Referring back to FIGS. 1 and 2 , in one embodiment, the
In another embodiment, the disconnection of the call connection by the
Also, in an embodiment, the
5 is a flowchart illustrating each step of a process of providing a personalized service to a caller by an automatic answering method of a mobile device according to an exemplary embodiment. For convenience of description, an automatic response method of the mobile device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 5 .
In the present embodiment, response data for each situation may be stored in the mobile device 1 ( S201 ). The response data for each situation includes detailed response contents according to the presence or absence of the sender's existing usage history and/or the contents of the existing usage history in order to provide a personalized service to the sender. For example, the response data for each situation may separately include a guide message to be transmitted to a sender without an existing usage history and a guide message to be transmitted to a sender with an existing usage history. In addition, the response data for each situation may separately include a sound source to be reproduced to a caller without an existing use history and a sound source to be reproduced to a caller having an existing use history. Furthermore, the guidance message and/or the guidance sound source provided to the caller with the existing usage history may also be further subdivided according to more specific contents of the usage history (eg, number of calls, incoming call time, call duration, etc.).
In an embodiment, the context-specific response data may be stored in advance in the mobile device 1 or may be transmitted from the
(S204). Thereafter, when an incoming call is received by the mobile device 1 (S202), the
In the present embodiment, the
When a response is determined, the
For example, in the guidance message sent to the sender who has no previous usage history, the URL for installing the visible ARS application is included, and in the guidance message sent to the sender with the existing usage history, the URL is removed and revisited. You can send a guide message welcoming you. In addition, a sound source including an application installation guide may be played through a call to a caller without an existing usage history, and a simpler type of sound source excluding the guide may be played to a caller with an existing usage history.
In an embodiment, the content of the response to be provided based on the usage history may be determined by inquiring the
In this case, the mobile device 1 searches the
For example, when a caller using a service provided by the user of the mobile device 1 calls the mobile device 1, a URL address providing an ARS menu personalized and configured according to the service the caller has subscribed to is sent to the caller. Alternatively, a URL address for nudge marketing that suggests a menu or service that the sender may be interested in may be transmitted to the sender.
Alternatively, a guide message or a guide voice configured using personal information such as the caller's name may be provided to the caller. In this case, the conversion of the sender's personal information to the sound source may be performed in a text-to-speech (TTS) method in the mobile device 1 or the
In an embodiment, the
