Abstract

Description

양면에 센서 어셈블리를 갖는 복합 패널
본 발명은 양면에 센서 어셈블리를 갖는 복합 패널에 관한 것이다.
유럽특허출원 EP 3264242 A1에서, 유리 패널의 스위칭 소자로서의 터치 센서를 광 디스플레이와 통합하는 것이 공지되어 있다. 유사한 어셈블리가 유럽특허출원 EP3264241 A1에 공지되어 있다.
서로 근접하게 위치된 2개의 터치 센서의 어셈블리는 국제특허출원 WO 2016/116372 A1에 공지되어 있다.
용량성 터치 센서는 별도의 조치 없이는 터치 센서가 작동하는 쪽을 구분할 수 없는 특성이 있다.
WO 2018/215106 A1에는 각각 다른 상대적 위치잡기에 의해 비대칭적으로 배치된 터치 센서 및 레인 센서가 공지되어 있다. 즉, 각각의 경우에 하나의 센서가 다른 패널 표면에 더 가깝다.
이것은 터치 센서를 판유리의 다른 표면보다 어느 한 표면에 더 가깝게 배치해야만 가능합니다. 여기서, "가까움"이라는 것은 용량성 감지 영역의 표면에 대한 법선 방향 거리를 의미하는 것으로 이해된다.
그러나 오작동을 피하기 위해 "원하지 않는" 측의 용량성 영향으로 성공적인 스위칭이 발생하지 않게되는 정도에 까지 센서를 집중적으로 평가해야 한다. 그러나 일반적으로 이것은 "원하는" 측의 용량성 영향으로 성공적인 스위칭이 되도록 하는 영역도 감소시킨다.
이러한 한계에 대응하기 위해 결과적으로 "원하지 않는" 측으로부터의 용량성 영향이 차폐되어 성공적인 스위칭을 초래하지 않도록 차폐를 도입하는 것이 과거에 제안되었다.
그러나 서로 다른 면에 두 개의 터치 센서가 필요한 경우 터치 센서의 측면 오프셋 배열이 필요하거나 설계로 인해 제1 터치 센서, 절연층, 및 후속 차폐층이 포함된 비교적 두꺼운 어셈블리 위에 제2 터치 센서를 갖는 제2 전기 전도층을 향한 또 다른 절연층이 필요하였다.
센서를 나란히 배열하면 공간이 많이 소모되고 광학적으로 사용 가능한 영역이 줄어든다. 병렬 배치가 항상 가능하지 않도록 실용적이고 규범적인 한계를 모두 수용해야 한다. 또한, 분산방식 대신 집중방식으로 다른 전기 시스템에 연결하는 것이 종종 바람직할 수 있다.
그러나, 기존의 방식으로 터치 센서를 적층하면 복합 패널이 너무 두꺼워지는 문제가 종종 발생한다. 두께가 증가함에 따라 복합 판유리 패널도 무거워진다. 둘다 바람직하지 않은 현상이다. 예를 들어 삽입 폭이 종종 특정 치수를 초과해서는 안 되거나 또는 예를 들어 차량에서는 무게를 낮게 유지하여 탑재하중이 높게 유지될 수 있도록 하거나 또는 추진을 위해 더 적은 구동 에너지가 필요하다는 요구사양이 있기 때문이다.
이에 기초하여, 본 발명의 목적은 선행 기술로부터의 하나 이상의 문제가 회피되는 개선된 복합 유리 패널을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 목적은 제1 기판층 및 제2 기판층, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층 및 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층뿐만 아니라 절연층을 포함하는, 양면에 센서 어셈블리를 갖는 복합 패널에 의해 달성되며, 여기서 제1 공급 라인 구조를 갖는 제1 용량성 감지 소자는 제1 전기 전도층에 형성되고 제2 공급 라인 구조를 갖는 제2 용량성 감지 소자는 제2 전기 전도층에 형성되고, 여기서 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층 및 제2 패터닝 전기 전도층은 적어도 절연층에 의해 서로 분리되고, 여기서 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층, 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층 및 절연층으로 구성된 어셈블리는 제1 기판층과 제2 기판층 사이에 배열되고, 여기서 제1 용량성 감지 소자는 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층의 적어도 일부가 제2 용량성 감지 소자에 대한 차폐를 형성하고 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층의 적어도 일부가 제1 용량성 감지 소자에 대한 차폐를 형성하도록 제2 용량성 감지 소자에 대해 오프셋 되어 배열된다.

이것은 좁은 공간에서, 복합 유리 패널의 상이한 측면들 상에 유효 영역을 갖는 2개의 터치 센서들을 제공하는 이점을 가지며, 이는 단지 몇 개의 층들만을 필요로하지만, 그럼에도 불구하고, 터치 센서들이 민감하도록 설계될 수 있도록 터치 센서들의 디커플링(decoupling)을 제공한다. .
즉, 센서의 일부가 중첩될 수 있다. 작은 중첩으로 "원하지 않는" 쪽의 용량성 영향이 매우 작아서 "원하는" 쪽의 감도가 영구적으로 손상되지 않는다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에서, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층은 10 ㎛ 내지 75 ㎛, 특히 35 ㎛, 또는 특히 바람직하게는 50 ㎛의 높이를 갖는다.
이를 통해 복합 패널에 통합할 수 있거나 곡면에도 적용할 수 있는 얇은 어셈블리가 가능하다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에서, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층은 구리, 주석, 은, 인듐 주석 산화물, 금, 그래핀, 및/또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함한다.
다시 말해서, 본 발명은 기존의 공정에 용이하고 경제적으로 통합될 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 절연층은 필름이다.
다시 말해서, 본 발명은 기존의 공정에 용이하고 경제적으로 통합될 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 절연층은 필름이고, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층은 필름 상에 도포된다.

본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 절연층은 폴리이미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리메틸메타크릴산, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리비닐 부티랄, FR6, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리스티렌, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리아미드를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료를 포함한다.
본 발명의 실시예에서, 본 발명에 따른 복합 유리 패널은 차량 판유리로서 또는 건물 글레이징의 일부로서 또는 디스플레이에서 사용될 수 있다.

다시 말해서, 제1 용량성 감지 요소(SW1)의 일부가 아닌 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1)의 적어도 일부는 제2 용량성 감지 요소(SW2)를 위해 차폐를 형성한다. 제2 용량성 감지 요소(SW2)의 일부가 아닌 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)의 적어도 일부는 제1 용량성 감지 요소(SW1)를 위해 차폐를 형성한다.
이는, 좁은 공간에서, 복합 유리 패널의 상이한 측면들 상에 유효 영역을 갖는 2개의 터치 센서들을 제공하는 이점을 가지며, 이는 단지 몇 개의 층들만을 필요로 하지만, 그럼에도 불구하고, 터치 센서들이 민감하도록 설계될 수 있도록 터치 센서들의 디커플링(decoupling)을 제공한다.
따라서, 작은 공간에 터치 센서를 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 이러한 터치 센서에 사용할 수 있는 제한된 영역에서 이제 복합 유리 패널(1)의 양면에 터치 센서를 제공할 수 있으므로 유리한 경우에 제한된 영역에서 터치 센서의 수를 두 배로 늘릴 수 있다.
또한, 복합 유리 패널(1)의 두께는 낮게 유지할 수 있는데, 왜냐하면 한쪽에 센서 어셈블리를 한쪽에 구비하는 것보다 더 많은 층이 필요하지 않기 때문이다. 결과적으로 무게를 줄일 수 있고 이전 삽입 너비도 유지할 수 있다.
도 2는 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)의 일부가 그 아래에 위치하는 제1 전기 전도층(LS1)의 개략적인 평면도를 도시한다. 제1 용량성 감지 소자(SW1) 아래에 위치하는 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)의 일부가 차폐 역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 제1 공급라인 구조(V1)(왜곡되어 확대 도시됨) 및/또는 또한 선택적인 관련 연결 영역(AB1)(왜곡되어 확대 도시됨)이 마찬가지로 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)의 일부에 의해 차폐되도록 제공될 수 있다.
도 3은 제1 전기 전도층(LS1)의 일부가 그 아래에 위치되는 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)의 유사한 개략 평면도를 도시한다. 제2 용량성 감지 소자(SW2) 아래에 위치한 제1 전기 전도층(LS1)의 일부가 차폐 역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 제2 공급라인 구조(V2)(왜곡되어 확대 도시됨) 및/또는 또한 선택적인 관련 연결 영역(AB2)(왜곡되어 확대 도시됨)이 마찬가지로 제1 전기 전도층(LS1)의 일부에 의해 차폐되도록 제공될 수 있다.
여기서 차폐가 많을수록 "원치 않는" 쪽에서 터치 센서에 미치는 영향이 줄어든다. 공급라인 구조가 다소 좁게 유지될 수 있기 때문에(그림에서 패턴은 명확성을 위해 과장됨) 가해진 영향은 용량성 감지 요소에 가해지는 영향보다 덜 하다. 또한, 공급라인 구조의 위치와 선택적 연결 영역의 위치 모두에서 원칙적으로 의도적인 영향이 예상되지 않는다.
즉, 적절한 치수로 설치 공간이 높은 정도의 (상호) 차폐를 제공하면서 많은 수의 센서에 잘 활용될 수 있다
스위칭 표면의 전기 전도성 구조는 낮은 전류만 전달하면 되므로 레이어의 시트 저항을 더 높게 선택할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 유리한 전기 전도층(LS1 및 LS2)은 0.4 ohm/square 내지 200 ohm/square의 시트 저항을 갖는다.
스위칭 표면은 전기적으로, 특히 갈바닉적으로(galvanically), 용량적으로 (capacitively), 및/또는 유도적으로(inductively) 센서 전자장치에 연결될 수 있다. 센서 전자 장치는 복합 유리 패널(1)의 외부에 또는 내부에 또는 위에 배열될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에서, 제1 용량성 감지 소자(SW1) 및 제1 공급라인 구조(V1)의 요소들의 중첩은 바람직하게는 제2 용량성 감지 소자(SW2)의 표면적의 10% 이하이다. 다시 말해서, 공급라인 구조(V1)를 포함하는 제1 용량성 감지 소자(SW1)가 용량적으로 영향을 미치는 영역은 제2 용량성 감지 소자(SW2) 표면적의 1/10 미만으로 중첩된다. 이는 제1 용량성 감지 소자(SW1)의 가능한 용량성 영향을 제2 용량성 감지 소자(SW2)에 비해 작게 유지하게 한다. 즉, 중첩에도 불구하고 오동작을 일으키지 않고 감지할 수 있게 한다. 이를 통해 터치 센서를 보다 자유롭게 배치할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 10㎛ 내지 75㎛의 높이(층의 두께로도 지칭됨)(hLS1)를 갖는다. 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)이 또한 제공될 수 있다. 이 제2 전도층(LS2)은 또한 10㎛ 내지 75㎛의 높이(층의 두께라고도 함)(hLS2)를 가질 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 제1 전기 전도층 및 제2 전기 전도층은 각각 35㎛ 및 50㎛의 높이를 갖는다. 선택적으로, 접착 촉진층은 제1 전기 전도층 및/또는 제2 전기 전도층 상에 적용될 수 있다. 이 접착 촉진층은 예를 들어 각 경우에 15㎛의 높이를 가질 수 있다.
이로써 복합 패널(1)에 통합될 수 있거나 만곡된 표면에 적용될 수 있는 얇은 어셈블리가 가능하다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)은 구리, 주석, 은, 인듐 주석 산화물, 금, 그래핀, 및/또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함한다.
다시 말해서, 본 발명은 기존의 공정에 용이하고 경제적으로 통합될 수 있다.
전도체 층(LS1, LS2)은 상이한 재료를 포함할 수 있음을 주목해야 한다. 그러나, 이들은 바람직하게는 동일한 재료를 포함한다. 다시 말해서, 전도체 구조는 전기적 및/또는 열적 및/또는 기계적 경계 조건에 적응될 수 있다.
제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)에 다른 전기적 기능들이 구현될 수 있다는 점에 유의해야 한다. 예를 들어, 디스플레이 소자들 및/또는 안테나 및/또는 가열 요소들 및/또는 기타 기능성 요소들이 구현될 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에서, 절연층(ISO)은 필름이다.
다시 말해서, 본 발명은 기존의 공정에 용이하고 경제적으로 통합될 수 있다.
특히, 예를 들어 제조를 위해, 제1 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)이 필름 상에 제공되도록 제공될 수 있다.
그 결과, 복합 유리 패널에 도입하기 위해 하나 또는 두 개의 패턴화된 전기 전도층으로 사전 제작된 필름(F)이 제공될 수 있다.
다시 말해서, 터치 센서 형성을 위한 패터닝은 적절한 조치에 의해 전기 전도층에 제공될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 패터닝된 전기 전도층을 인쇄 공정(스크린 인쇄 등)에 의해 선택적으로 적용하는 것 이외에, 대안적으로 또는 추가로 레이저 패터닝, 박리, 밀링, 절단 등에 의해서 패터닝하는 것도 가능하다.
도 1에 백색 필드로 도시된 분리선들의 폭은 바람직하게는 30㎛ 내지 200㎛, 특히 바람직하게는 70㎛ 내지 140㎛이다. 이러한 얇은 분리선들은 신뢰성 있고 충분히 높은 전기 절연을 허용하는 동시에 복합 패널(1)을 통한 시야를 방해하지 않거나 약간만 방해한다. 분리선들은 바람직하게는 레이저 패터닝 또는 화학적 또는 기계적 절제에 의해 생성된다. 이러한 스위칭 표면 배열은 특히 간단하고 경제적으로 생산할 수 있다.
분리선들은 노출된 상태로 남아있거나 절연 재료로 채워질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일반성을 제한하지 않고, 제1 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)은 각각 인접한 기판(GS1/GS2) 상에 제공될 수도 있다.
다시 말해서, 터치 센서 형성을 위한 패터닝은 적절한 조치에 의해 전기 전도층 상에 제공될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 패턴화된 전기 전도층을 인쇄 방법(스크린 인쇄 등)에 의하여 선택적으로 적용하는 것에 추가하여, 대안적으로 또는 추가로 레이저 패턴화, 박리, 밀링, 절단 등에 의해 패터닝하는 것이 가능하다.
제1 기판층(GS1) 및/또는 제2 기판층(GS2)은 예를 들어 유리 또는 플라스틱 기판일 수 있다. 원칙적으로, 본 발명에 따른 차량용 판유리의 제조 및 사용 조건하에서 열적 및 화학적으로 안정적인 모든 전기 절연성 기판들은 기판으로서 적합하다.
도 2 및 도 3과 관련하여, 함께 볼 때, 터치 센서들이 근접해서 나란히 배열된 것을 볼 수 있다.

제1 기판층(GS1) 및/또는 제2 기판층(GS2)은 특히 바람직하게는 평판 유리, 플로트 유리, 석영 유리, 붕규산 유리, 소다 석회 유리 또는 투명 플라스틱, 바람직하게는 경질 투명 플라스틱, 특히 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 및/또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유한다.
다시 말해서, 본 발명은 심지어 기존 재료 시스템에 특히 간단하게 통합될 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예들에서, 본 발명에 따른 복합 패널은 차량 판유리로서 또는 건물 글레이징의 일부로서 또는 디스플레이에서 사용될 수 있다.
일반성을 제한하지 않고 복합 패널은 앞유리, 후면 창, 측면 창 또는 지붕 패널이 될 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 제1 기판층(GS1) 및 제2 기판층(GS2), 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1)과 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2) 및 절연층(ISO)을 포함하는, 양면에 센서 어셈블리를 갖는 복합 유리 패널(1)로서, 여기서 제1 공급라인 구조(V1)를 갖는 제1 용량성 감지 소자(SW1)는 제1 전기 전도층(LS1)에 형성되고 제2 공급라인 구조(V2)를 갖는 제2 용량성 감지 소자(SW2)는 제2 전기 전도층(LS2)에 형성되며,
    ● 여기서 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및 제2 패터닝 전기 전도층(LS2)은 적어도 절연층(ISO)에 의해 서로 분리되고,

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)은 10 ㎛ 내지 75 ㎛의 높이(hLS1, hLS2)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)은 50 ㎛의 높이(hLS1, hLS2)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)은 구리, 주석, 은, 인듐 주석 산화물, 금, 그래핀 및/또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절연층(ISO)은 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절연층(ISO)은 필름이고, 제1 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS1) 및/또는 제2 패터닝된 전기 전도층(LS2)이 상기 필름 위에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 기판층(GS1) 및/또는 제2 기판층(GS2)이 유리 또는 프라스틱 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 기판층(GS1) 및/또는 제2 기판층(GS2)은 평판 유리, 플로트 유리, 석영 유리, 붕규산 유리, 소다 석회 유리, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 및/또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절연층(ISO)이 폴리이미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리메틸 메타크릴산, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리비닐 부티랄, FR6, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리스티렌, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리아미드를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 유리 패널.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합 유리 패널의 차량 판유리로서의 용도.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합 유리 패널의 건물 글레이징의 일부로서의 용도.
