The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment device having a deodorizing device, and more particularly, to a wastewater treatment device having a deodorizing device capable of effectively purifying wastewater and simultaneously removing odors generated from wastewater.

In general, wastewater treatment is to remove dissolved organic substances in wastewater using bacteria, and there are two methods: anaerobic treatment that requires oxygen supply and anaerobic treatment that blocks oxygen contact.

Aerobic treatment acquires carbon and energy necessary for cell synthesis from dissolved organic matter, and uses the metabolism of aerobic dependent bacteria using oxygen as an oxidizing agent. Anaerobic treatment obtains carbon and energy necessary for cell synthesis from dissolved organic matter It uses the metabolism of anaerobic dependent bacteria that produces ATP by fermentation or uses oxygen bound in molecules as an oxidizing agent.

Aerobic treatment has the advantages of short reaction time and complete removal of dissolved organic matter by supplying oxygen. Anaerobic treatment does not require oxygen supply and has the advantage of obtaining combustible methane as energy, but the reaction period is long and odor is generated. has the disadvantage of

In the Republic of Korea Utility Model Publication No. 20-0452355 (publication date: February 22, 2011), livestock wastewater to reduce the process and reduce treatment costs in treating wastewater and to prevent the occurrence of odors during livestock wastewater treatment A processing device is disclosed.

In addition, a washing water nozzle 27 is installed at the upper portion of the inlet space 25 of the washing water tank 20 to spray the washing water into the washing water tank 20 . At this time, as shown in FIG. 4( b ), the washing water spreads in a planar shape by the washing water nozzle 27 and falls over an area larger than the area of the gas inlet 21 . Accordingly, the gas flowing into the washing water tank 20 through the gas inlet 21 passes through the washing water falling from the washing water nozzle 27 for the first time, and hydrophilic substances causing odor are removed. In addition, the inlet space 25 and the outlet space 26 blocked by the washing water are separated by a wave generated on the surface of the washing water accommodated in the washing water tank 20 by the washing water falling from the washing water nozzle 27. The gas may move to the discharge space 26 by being temporarily connected according to the fluctuation of the washing water. Accordingly, the inlet space 25 and the outlet space 26 are repeatedly blocked and connected according to the fluctuation of the washing water. Since the gas cannot move to the discharge space 26 and is trapped in the inlet space 25, the stagnant time of the gas and the contact time with the washing water are increased, so that an effective deodorization action can be achieved. In addition, in the inlet space 25, the washing water is sprayed through the washing water nozzle 27 and collides with the washing water already accommodated therein, so that the washing water becomes small particles and floats in the inflow space 25, thereby deodorizing the gas. can increase

And as shown in FIG. 5 , a water level regulator 200 is installed in the washing water tank 20 . As shown in FIG. 6 , the water level regulator 200 includes a flange part 210 , a position control part 220 , a washing water supply valve 230 , and a ball top 240 . The flange portion 210 has a through hole 212 formed therein and is attached to the outer wall of the washing water tank 20 . That is, the flange portion 210 is coupled to the flange coupling portion 211 protruding to the outside of the washing water tank 20 . The positioning unit 220 is coupled to the flange unit 210 to block the through hole 212 . And the washing water supply valve 230 is mounted in the center of the position control unit 220 to supply the washing water to the washing water tank 20 through the through hole 212 , and the ball top 240 is the washing water tank 20 . The washing water supply valve 230 is opened and closed according to the water level.

In the position control unit 220 , a long hole 221 is formed in the upper and lower portions with the washing water supply valve 230 as the center. And the position adjusting unit 220 and the flange unit 210 are coupled to each other by the coupling member 222 is inserted into the long hole (221). The coupling member 222 is a bolt protruding from the flange portion 210 and a butterfly nut coupled to the bolt. That is, the bolt protruding from the flange portion 210 is inserted into the long hole 221 , and the vertical position of the positioning unit 220 can be adjusted in a state in which the coupling between the bolt and the butterfly nut is loosened. The position adjusting unit 220 is limited in left and right movement by the bolt and can only move up and down. The operator may adjust the height of the ball top 240 by adjusting the vertical position of the position adjusting unit 220 . Accordingly, when the washing water is consumed at a fast rate due to evaporation of the washing water, etc., the ball top 240 is raised so that more washing water is supplied above a certain water level in the washing water tank 20, and in the opposite case, the ball top 240 is lowered. This can cause the supply of washing water to be cut off at a lower water level. As described above, the height of the washing water accommodated in the washing water tank 20 is preferably adjusted to the lower end of the partition wall 24, and when the water level of the washing water is higher, the residence time of the gas in the inlet space 25 is increased. The frequency and discharge amount of gas moving to the discharge space 26 is reduced, and when the water level of the washing water is lowered, the residence time of the gas in the inlet space 25 is reduced, and the frequency and discharge amount of the gas moving to the discharge space 26 is reduced. this will increase

And a demister 28 is installed in the discharge space 26 to remove moisture from the deodorizing gas discharged. And a connection pipe 29 connected to the treated water discharge pipe 15 is installed in the washing water tank 20 to discharge the washing water above a certain level to the treated water discharge pipe 15 .

As shown in FIG. 5 , the washing water tank 30 stores washing water and supplies the washing water to the washing water nozzle 27 . In addition, the washing water tank 30 is connected to the washing water tank 20 by the recovery pipe 31 to recover and circulate the washing water accommodated in the washing water tank 20 .
