피상담자의 제1 단말기를 통해 상담사와의 상담진행여부가 수신되면, 운영서버가 제1 단말기를 통해 상담비용을 입금 받는 단계;
운영서버가 상담자의 제2 단말기로 선정 내용을 전송하고 상담사의 상담일정에 대한 정보를 피상담자의 제1 단말기로 전송하는 단계;
피상담자의 제1 단말기에 상담사의 상담일정에 대한 정보가 수신되면 제1 단말기를 통해 상담자의 비어 있는 일정 중에 하나를 선택하는 정보가 입력되고, 제1 단말기가 입력된 정보를 운영서버를 통해 제2 단말기로 전송하고, 상담이 끝난 후 운영서버가 제1 또는 제2 단말기로부터 심리상담 진행여부를 수신하여 DB를 업데이트하는 단계;
상담사의 제2 단말기를 통해 상담 후의 피드백이 수신되면 제2 단말기가 수신한 데이터를 운영서버로 전송하고 운영서버가 DB를 업데이트하는 단계;
피상담자의 제1 단말기를 통해 상담 후의 피드백이 수신되면 제1 단말기가 수신한 데이터를 운영서버로 전송하고 운영서버가 DB를 업데이트하는 단계; 및
