Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a minimally invasive bone fixation cable guide device, and more particularly, is disposed adjacent to a bone fractured through a minimally incised living tissue (eg, an ethmoid fracture, a spiral fractured long iliac bone). , relates to a minimally invasive bone fixation cable guide that guides the fixation cable along the perimeter of the fracture site of the bone without the interference of living tissue.
In general, a fracture means a complete or incomplete loss of the continuity of a bone, epiphyseal plate, or articular surface. In most cases, fractures are caused by external forces and may be accompanied by damage to tissues or organs around the fracture site. Fractures can be divided into limb fractures, vertebral fractures, and other fractures depending on the location where they occur, or into simple fractures and comminuted fractures depending on the number of fracture fragments.
The area around the fractured area is accompanied by pain and tenderness caused by muscle stiffness, overlapping of bone fragments, and damage to surrounding soft tissues. The treatment method for such a fracture is determined in detail according to the degree of bone damage, the fracture site, and the presence or absence of complications accompanying the fracture.
Fracture treatment methods are generally known as non-surgical treatment methods and surgical treatment methods. Non-surgical treatment methods include manual reduction, in which the fractured and displaced bones are aligned, and fixation using armrests or crutches, or using a plaster splint. In addition, surgical treatment methods include external fixation, which fractures the fracture using a plaster bandage or metal device after inserting pins at the top and bottom of the fracture, and internal fixation to fix the fracture using an internal fixation device after subduing the fracture site there is a law
Among the above surgical treatment methods, a wire for fracture treatment is known as an internal fixation device used in the internal fixation method. In order to fix a fracture site with a conventional wire for fracture treatment, a wire for fracture treatment is inserted between the incised skin tissues to wrap the fracture site, and then the wire for fracture treatment must be tied to the fracture site and fixed.
However, it is not easy to insert a fracture treatment wire between the incised skin tissues and wrap the fracture site of a bone with a round or oval cross section with a fracture treatment wire. There was a problem in that the tissue was damaged.
Due to the above problem, in the related art, Patent Registration No. 10-1659604 (2016.09.19) "Wire guide device for fracture treatment" was provided.
However, in recent years, it is possible to use a fixed cable having a bending block, the conventional wire guide device cannot guide the bending block to the fracture site.
Therefore, in order to use a fixed cable having a bending block, a wire is inserted into a fracture site with a conventional wire guide device, a bending block is connected to one side of the wire, and the bending block and the fixed cable are again taken over by the wire. After performing the process of insertion into the fracture site, or after passing the plastic tube into the wire guide device, with the plastic tube inserted, remove the wire guide device, pass the cable back into the tube, and remove the plastic tube. There was a problem.
If the process of stabilizing the fracture site with the cable including the fracture site is complicated as described above, dislocation may occur again in the process, resulting in a problem that additional operation time is required. Therefore, the method using the wire is prone to problems such as injury to the operator's hand and infection at the surgical site.
The present invention guides the fixing cable and the bending block to the fracture site through an incision formed along the length of the guide tube, so that the fractured bone can be firmly fixed with a stronger fixing force, thereby significantly reducing reoperation due to wire breakage. It is possible to provide a minimally invasive bone fixation cable introducer that can reduce the time required for surgery and minimize the side effects of surgery as it is easy for the fixed cable and banding block guided to the fracture to be separated from the guide tube through the incision long hole. to do that for that purpose.

When the cable is wound around the fracture site, one side of the fixed cable is pulled in the direction of the incision long hole to separate from the first guide tube.
At this time, each of the first guide tube and the second guide tube according to the present invention is formed to be bent toward the other end of each other so that the other end of the tube is in contact with each other.
And the incision long hole according to the present invention is formed in the inner direction of the first guide tube.
In addition, it is preferable that the coupling hole according to the present invention form an open portion with one side open to the outside, so that the rotating shaft enters through the open portion and engages.
The minimally invasive bone fixation cable guide device according to the present invention has the following effects.
By guiding the fixing cable and the bending block to the fracture site through an incision formed along the length of the guide tube, it is possible to firmly fix the fractured bone with a stronger fixing force, thereby significantly reducing reoperation due to wire breakage. have
The fixed cable and banding block guided to the fracture site are easily separated from the guide tube through the incision hole, simplifying the fracture fixation process using the banding block and cable, and without the use of wires, causing injuries to the operator's hand and subsequent surgical site It can reduce the risk of contamination.

The present invention provides a fixed cable that is disposed adjacent to a bone fractured through a minimally incised living tissue (eg, an ethmoid fracture, a spiral fractured iliac crest), and surrounds the fractured bone without interference from living tissue. It relates to a minimally invasive bone fixation cable guide device that guides the
