Abstract

The present invention relates to a mat and, more specifically, to a mat that is easy to carry around and store. The mat according to the present invention comprises: a mat that is detachable and foldable so as to allow a user to freely adjust the size; a mat coupling part; a rod; a barbell attachable to a rod; a first rod support supporting a rod; a fixing screw fixing the first rod support and rod; and a second rod support coupled to the first rod support and supporting the rod. The rod, the first rod support, and the second rod support have a structure that can be combined with each other, so that they can effectively withstand the weight of the human body when performing exercise using a mat and a rod. Furthermore, the mat of the present invention has a detachable structure, so that it has the advantage of being able to be easily carried around and stored by minimizing the size thereof.

본 발명의 목적은 휴대 및 보관이 용이한 매트를 제공하는 것이다. 아울러 본 발명은 다양한 크기와 모양을 가진 매트를 손쉽게 탈부착하고 접이식으로 사용할 수 있는 매트를 제공하는 것이다. 또한 본 발명의 목적은 매트에 탈부착이 가능한 봉의 설치가 가능한 매트를 제공하는 것이다.An object of the present invention is to provide a mat that is easy to carry and store.
