제1폴리우레탄층 형성 단계(S2)는 점착제층 위에 제1폴리우레탄층을 형성하는 단계로 본 발명의 실시에에서는 가열된 폴리우레탄필름을 가압하여 적층하는 방식으로 형성하였으며, 제1폴리우레탄층(20)의 두께를 두껍게 하기 위해서는 도5와 같이 제1폴리우레탄하층(21)과 제1폴리우레탄상층(22)과 같이 2개의 폴리우레탄층을 적층하여 두께를 두껍게 할 수 있으며 2개의 폴리우레탄층을 적층하는 방식을 통해 제1폴리우레탄층(20)을 형성하는 경우 곡면인 손톱면에 더 잘 부착되며 다음 단계에서 형성되는 박층의 휘어짐이 2겹의 제1폴리우레탄층에 의해 완만하게 되어서 우글거리지 않도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.The first polyurethane layer forming step (S2) is a step of forming a first polyurethane layer on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and in the embodiment of the present invention, a heated polyurethane film is pressed and laminated. 제1냉각숙성 단계(S4)는 상기 박포일이 전사된 제품을 냉각숙성하는 단계이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에서는 원단형태인 제품을 두루마리형태로 감아서 롤상태로 냉각공간에 보관하면서 질소로 냉각하였다. 이때 단순히 냉각이 아닌 냉각숙성이라는 표현을 사용한 것은 박층과 제1폴리우레탄층이 견고하게 결합하는데에 시간이 소요되기 때문이다. 본 발명의 실시예에서는 1시간에서 48시간사이로 냉각을 하였다.The first cooling and aging step (S4) is a step of cooling and aging the product to which the foil is transferred. 본 발명의 실시예인 네일스티커는 상기한 금속 네일스티커의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 것으로 이형필름(11), 점착제층(10), 제1폴리우레탄층(20), 박층(30), 제2폴리우레탄층(40)이 순차적으로 형성된 것이다. Claims (5)

박 네일스티커의 제조방법에 있어서,
이형필름에 점착제층이 형성되는 점착제층 단계(S1)와;
상기 점착제층 위에 제1폴리우레탄층이 형성되는 제1폴리우레탄층 형성 단계(S2)와;
상기 제1폴리우레탄층 위에 핫스탬핑 박포일이 열에 의해 전사되어 박층을 형성하는 박포일 전사 단계(S3)와;
상기 박포일 전사 단계까지 가공된 제품을 냉각숙성하는 제1냉각숙성 단계(S4)와;
상기 냉각숙성된 제품의 전사된 박포일 위에 다시 제2폴리우레탄층을 형성하는 단계(S5)와;
상기 단계의 제품을 다시 냉각숙성하는 제2냉각숙성 단계(S6)를 포함하는 박 네일스티커의 제조방법.
