The seaweed holding means comprises: fixing bars (10) having the upper end fixed to a plurality of hangers (4) of the trolley conveyor, extending downward, and configured to hang seaweed thereon; tension members (11, 12) spaced apart from each other in the front and rear sides of the fixing bars (10) to prevent deformation during drying of the seaweed hung on the fixing bars (10); and a plurality of support members (15) supporting the tension members (11, 12) from the outside so that the tension members (11, 12) do not spread outward and elastically support the seaweed therebetween. 상기 유지수단은 트롤리 컨베이어의 다수의 행거(4)들에 상단이 고정되고 하방으로 연장되어 있으며 해조류를 걸도록 된 고정바(10)들과, 상기 고정바(10)에 걸린 해조류들의 건조시에 변형을 방지하기 위해 고정바(10)의 전후측에서 상하로 서로 이격되어 배치된 텐션부재(11,12)들, 상기 텐션부재(11,12)들이 외측으로 벌어지지 않고 그 사이의 해조류를 탄성적으로 지지하도록 텐션부재들을 외측에서 지지하는 다수의 지지부재(15)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해조류 건조장치.
