As shown in FIG. 1, the planar heating element according to the prior art document 1 forms a heating resistor 3 in a predetermined area on the front surface of the insulating material 2, and connects the power supply unit 1 to the heating resistor 3 is composed by

The heating resistor 2 is prepared by dissolving a binder in a solvent and then preparing a slurry in which carbon and other materials that can be added as electrode materials are evenly dispersed, and then applied by a method such as spinning to promote uniformity of electrical properties and achieve non-uniformity It is possible to prevent disconnection that may occur with this, and it is easy to manufacture in the form of a very thin film, and provides the same electrical properties even in the form of a flexible film or sheet.

2 is an exploded perspective view showing a planar heating element introduced in Prior Art Document 2 (Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 0883169).

As shown in FIG. 2, the planar heating element introduced in Prior Art Document 2 is a carbon layer 20 by applying a high-resistance liquid carbon paste on the upper surface of the insulating film 10 with high insulation at predetermined intervals. After forming a silver layer 30 by applying conductive silver paste to cross both ends of each carbon layer 20, and attaching an electrode plate 40 made of a copper thin plate or the like to the silver layer 30, It is manufactured by covering and bonding the insulating film 50 or coating the insulating resin.

In such a planar heating element, when both electrode plates 40 are connected to the power source, the applied current flows to each carbon layer 20 through the silver layer 30, and the resistance heat of the carbon layer 20 is released to the outside as a result of the heating element will function as

The planar heating element introduced in Prior Art Document 3 uses an insulating fabric 115 having a predetermined thickness and width to prevent external physical shock and electric leakage, and carbon paste 135 is applied in various patterns and shapes. After that, it is dried with hot air for a certain period of time in a drying furnace.

The carbon part 135 is formed by applying the carbon paste 135 over the entire surface or by forming various patterns at regular intervals to dry it, and by printing a pattern that embodies the shape of an object, it generates heat by resistance heat while saving a visual taste. is configured to function.

The silver part 123 acts to stably relieve electric shock from the electrode 112 to the carbon part 135 to allow current to flow, and silver paste 123, which is a conductor, is printed on both ends of the carbon part 135 . and dried in a hot air drying furnace for a certain period of time.

An electrode 112 made of a copper, aluminum, or metal thin plate material with high electrical conductivity is formed by maintaining a predetermined interval on the printed silver portions 123 on both sides. However, as the volume resistance and area resistance of the carbon resistor decrease, it is proportionally thickened so that the amount of current can be smoothly supplied, and it plays the role of a conductor that supplies current.

The carbon part 135, the silver part 123, and the electrode part 112 composed of the insulating fabric 115 are thermocompression-bonded with the laminating fabric 130 to block moisture and prevent electric leakage. The planar heating element is completed.
