[증숙(퇴비화)의 효과][Effect of steaming (composting)]

본 시험에 사용한 퇴비는 축산분뇨로 만든 퇴비를 사용하였으며, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따른 각 제품을 첨가한 퇴비의 미생물 증식 효과를 검사하기 위해 다음과 같은 미생물 시험법을 이용하였다. 시료는 다음과 같이 6종류로 설정하였고, 각 시료당 2회 반복하여 미생물 검사를 실시하였다. 배양은 35℃에서 48시간 진행하였다.For the compost used in this test, compost made from livestock manure was used, and the following microbial test method was used to examine the microbial growth effect of the compost added with each product according to the manufacturing method of the present invention.
