Abstract

Provided is a cosmetic composition for transparent cleaning, which comprises lipohydroxy acid (LHA), polyol, a hydroxide salt and a surfactant. Formulation stability was evaluated by sensory evaluation of changes in odor and appearance after a certain period of time.

Experimental Example 3: Confirmation of the cleaning power (keratin removal ability) of the cosmetic composition

In order to evaluate the exfoliating ability of the Examples according to the present invention, a comparison test was performed on the exfoliating ability of the commercially available oil-in-water cleansing water as a comparison object.

After washing the inner part of the lower arm with a size of 2 cm in width with soap, it was stabilized for 10 minutes in a constant temperature and humidity room (22 ± 2 °C, 40 to 60% RH). Thereafter, the keratin before application of Examples and Controls is collected using a clinical tape with exfoliating ability. Thereafter, 20 μl of the composition of Example 2 and the control composition were rubbed in a circular motion with the same amount of 20 μl and the same pressure, washed with lukewarm water, and then dried to remove dead skin cells after use with a clinical tape.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 , it was confirmed that less residue remained when the dead skin cells were removed with the composition of the present invention compared to the control group.

Therefore, it can be seen that the cosmetic composition of the present invention has a higher exfoliating ability than the control.

Thus, the embodiment according to the present invention has the advantage that more efficient cleaning is possible because the PEG-based surfactant and the hydroxide are applied, and the removal ability and the exfoliation ability for makeup products are excellent.
