The present invention holds persons to prevent the persons from falling in a sudden stop situation by using two clips (310, 311), a tongue, and buckles (101, 111).

도5를 참고하면, 버클의 높낮이를 다르게하여 앞은 긴 버클(310), 뒤는 짧은 버클(311)을 이용하여 입석자들이 앞에 착용할 부분과 뒤에 착용할 부분을 구분할 수 있도록 하였고, 뒤에 착용하는 부분을 짧게 만듦으로서 등에 느껴질 불편함을 최소화하였다.
