Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a nasogastric tube, and more particularly, to a nasogastric tube having a detachable function to relieve the discomfort of the patient, such as to facilitate the patient's breathing at normal times and the patient's movement is not disturbed.
The Levin Tube is a kind of medical tube for carrying out medical treatment. In the medical practice using a nasogastric tube, decompression is performed to remove gas and water inside the stomach, or drugs are administered and food or nutrients are supplied directly to the stomach. In addition, the medical practice reduces gastric pressure after surgery or trauma to prevent or suppress nausea and vomiting. The above medical practice treats gastrointestinal obstruction or bleeding sites, secures a specimen for gastrointestinal examination, cleans up severe bleeding or toxicity in the stomach, or diagnoses gastrointestinal motor function. The nasogastric tube is inserted into one side of the nostril, passes through the nasal cavity, enters the esophagus, and is positioned in the stomach.
Meanwhile, the nasogastric tube is inserted into one nostril, is exposed to the outside, and is connected to a reservoir containing drugs, food, nutrients, etc., according to Korean Patent No. 10-1887639. However, these nasogastric tubes are exposed to the outside of the nostrils even in normal times when medical treatment is not performed. If the nasogastric tube is exposed, the patient has to breathe only through one nostril even normally, so breathing is not smooth. In addition, when the patient moves, especially during sleep, the patient pulls the nasogastric tube, causing severe pain. As such, exposure of the nasogastric tube causes a lot of inconvenience to patients and medical staff in addition to the cases presented above.
An object to be solved by the present invention is to provide a nasogastric tube having a detachable function that facilitates the breathing of a patient and does not cause discomfort such as pain caused by the nasogastric tube.

1 is a schematic view for explaining a
Referring to FIG. 1, the
The
The
The
2 is a schematic diagram for explaining a state in which the
Referring to FIG. 2, in order to inject medical substances into a patient, a part of the
3 is a view for explaining the
Referring to FIG. 3, the
The
4 is a view for explaining a
Referring to FIG. 4, the
The wire
The wire
The
