Abstract

The present invention relates to a baseball bat and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is formed into a bat shape by a material manufactured by mixing crushed paper and an adhesive obtained by mixing glue and water, with a pipe rod having a 0.5-0.7 cm diameter as a main side in a center unit of the baseball bat. Since the pipe rod prevents the twist of the bat formed of the aforementioned materials, a shape of the bat is not changed even after first and second drying processes. The baseball bat of which elementary school students are currently using is formed of aluminum and causes clanging sound when the bat is dropped after hitting a ball. The loud clanging sound thereof stimulates nerves of children and interferes with development of a body. Since the material of the bat of the present invention is paper of the same nature as wood, paper of wood pulp (identity) of wood fibers becomes flexible and strong while the wood fibers obtain elasticity in a drying process. Since the bat can become strong by being covered with a net when a second material is covered through first drying and holding the material, the present invention can prevent sound stimulating the nerves even if the bat is dropped after hitting a ball.
