Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법과, 열분해를 이용한 비교예에 따른 과산화칼슘 제조방법을 각각 도식화한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예 따른 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법과, 상기 비교예의 과산화칼슘 제조방법에 의해 제조된 과산화칼슘으로부터 산소발생량을 측정하는 실험장치도이다.
도 4는 상기 비교예에 따른 과산화칼슘의 용존산소농도의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 상기 비교예에 따른 열분해로 1차 합성된 산화칼슘과 추가 과산화수소 산화에 의해 제조된 과산화칼슘의 산소발생의 비교한 그래프이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법에 의해 제조된 과산화칼슘 시료에 대한 용존산소농도의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고온 또는 초음파 파동에 따른 탄산칼슘의 분해와 산화반응의 메커니즘을 분자모델로 도식화한 도면이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법에 의해 제조된 과산화칼슘의 산소발생량의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (3)
- 패각으로부터 탄산칼슘이 함유된 전처리분말을 얻는 단계(s10);
전처리분말을 수용액과 혼합한 후, 초음파를 가하는 단계(s20);
건조하는 단계(s30);
분쇄하는 단계(s40);
수용액을 첨가하고 냉각하는 단계(s50);
산화제를 첨가하는 단계(s60);
건조하는 단계(s70); 및
분쇄하는 단계(s80); 를 포함하는 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 초음파를 가하는 단계(s20)는,
상기 수용액에 탄산칼슘 이온을 칼슘 이온, 산소 이온 및 일산화탄소로 분해하고,
분해된 칼슘 이온과 산소 이온이 결합하여 Ca-O 분자를 형성하고,
상기 Ca-O 분자를 ??칭함으로써 정방정계 결정구조를 갖는 CaO를 제조하는 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 과산화칼슘은
C 9.7중량%, O 51.5중량%, 및 잔부는 기타무기물로 이루어지는 패각 분말기반 과산화칼슘 제조방법.
