Claims (3)

피브이시매트의 제조방법에 있어서;
표면층을 발포피브이시시트로 형성하고, 이면층을 폴리에틸렌발포시트 또는 EVA시트와 같은 경량발포시트로 형성하며, 상기 표면층과 이면층 사이에 용융함침물림결속에 의하여 표면층 및 이면층과 각기 물림결속되는 결속발포폴리우레탄층으로 구성하되,
상기 결속발포폴리우레탄층은 중앙에 양측 결속대상에서 가해지는 분리 외력에 대하여 신축에 의하여 분리 외력을 완충하는 결속완충발포유지층과 상기 결속완충발포유지층(31)의 양측에 제조과정에 발포폴리우레탄이 열원에 의하여 용용되어 결속대상의 기공층에 합임 경화되어 물림 결속되는 용융함침물림결속층으로 구성하고;
상기 결속발포폴리우레탄층은 0.5~30mm 두께로 형성하며;
상기 결속발포리우레탄층의 결속완충발포유지층은 15 내지 300Kg/㎥로 발포된 것을 특징으로 하는 발포폴리우레탄 용융접합 피브이시매트.
