Abstract

The present invention relates to a vehicle cooling device for a second row passenger. Conventionally, as a first row side and a second row side were cooled with cold air generated by an air conditioner, the size of the air conditioner had to be enlarged, and thus the overall weight of a vehicle became heavy, and as a duct extending from the air conditioner to the second row side had to be installed, there was a problem in packaging. Therefore, the present invention is to configure the vehicle cooling device having a second row vent at the rear of a center console for the second row passenger of the vehicle. The vehicle cooling device comprises: a cooler (100) separately installed at the bottom of a first row seat or inside the center console in a state of being separated from the air conditioner and the duct on the first row side inside an instrument panel; and a blower (300) installed at the bottom of the seat or inside the center console so as to be provided at the rear of the cooler (100), and sending cool air generated during the operation of the cooler (100) to a second row vent (200). In the present invention, the second row side is cooled with cold air generated by the cooler (100) installed on the second row side, such that the size of the air conditioner is not enlarged, thereby reducing the overall weight of the vehicle to achieve fuel efficiency savings, and removing the duct reaching the second row side from the air conditioner.

Description

Refrigerating equipment of the car for the second row passengers}Refrigerating equipment of the car for the second row passengers

The present invention relates to a cooling system of a vehicle for passengers in the second row, and more particularly, a cooler operated separately from the air conditioner installed on the instrument panel is installed at the bottom of the first row seat or inside the center console to directly cool the second row. By supplying, it is possible to reduce the size of the air conditioner, thereby reducing the weight of the vehicle to improve fuel economy, as well as to a cooling system of a vehicle for passengers in the second row that can cool the second row faster.

In general, automobiles are provided with an air conditioner to create a comfortable environment in a vehicle interior, and the air conditioner refers to an air conditioner function to cool the interior in summer and a heater function to warm the interior in winter.

The air conditioner has not only such a temperature control function, but also a dehumidifying function to prevent fogging generated in the windshield when it rains, and an ice making function to remove frost generated by freezing moisture on the windshield surface in winter. There is also a close relationship.

In addition, in general, automotive air conditioning systems, that is, HVAC SYSTEM (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system), are equipped with dampers, air guides, air mixes, etc. in a narrow place centered on cooling devices and heating devices, Filters with air purification function are used for indoor environments.

On the other hand, in recent years, in order to improve the cooling and heating efficiency of passengers on the second row, a ventilation opening is installed at the rear of the center console, so that hot or cold wind generated from the air conditioning system is discharged not only to the ventilation opening installed in the instrument panel, but also through the ventilation opening provided in the center console So that passengers on the second row can move to their destination in a more comfortable state.

That is, as shown in Fig. 1, the duct 20 is connected to the air conditioning device 10 installed in the instrument panel (not shown in the drawing), and the end of the duct 20 is connected to the air outlet 30 provided on the second row side. If the cold air generated by the air conditioning device 10 is guided to the air outlet 30 through the duct 20, the cold air is supplied to the second row through the air outlet 30, but this has many problems. same.

First: In the related art, since cold air generated in the air conditioner 10 is used to cool not only the first row side but also the second row side, the amount of cold air supplied to the first row side decreases, and the size of the air conditioner 10 must be increased to compensate. This is a problem that leads to a decrease in fuel economy due to an increase in the overall vehicle weight.

Second: In order to send the cold air generated by the air conditioner 10 to the second row side, there is a difficult problem in the package configuration as a duct 20 having a length reaching from the air conditioner 10 to the second row side is installed.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to reduce the size of the air conditioner by installing a cooler that operates separately from the air conditioner on the first row side and supplies cool air to the second row side, thereby helping to reduce the overall vehicle weight. It is to provide a cooling system of a vehicle for second row passengers that can eliminate ducts reaching the row side.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention is to construct a cooling system for a vehicle equipped with a second row air vents at the rear of the center console for passengers in the second row of the vehicle, the air conditioner and the duct on the first row side inside the instrument panel. A cooler that is separately installed at the bottom of the first row of seats or inside the center console while being separated from the one; A blower installed at the bottom of the seat or inside the center console so as to be provided at the rear of the cooler, and sending cold air generated during the cooler operation to the second-row air vents; By constituting with the above object can be achieved.

In the present invention, a cooler that automatically operates according to the room temperature is installed separately from the air conditioner inside the instrument panel to supply cold air to the second row, so that the second row can be cooled faster, as well as the size of the air conditioner. As it can be reduced, the overall weight of the vehicle can be reduced, thereby improving fuel efficiency.

Hereinafter, as a preferred embodiment capable of effectively achieving the features of the present invention, the technical configuration and effects will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a drawing in which a cooling device of a vehicle for passengers in a second row is installed according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a graph illustrating a temperature change in a state in which the cooler according to the present invention is installed and not installed. to be.

In the present invention, in configuring a cooling system of a vehicle equipped with a second row air vents at the rear of the center console for passengers in the second row of the vehicle, the first row of seats is separated from the HVAC and ducts of the first row of the instrument panel. A cooler 100 that is individually installed at the bottom or inside the center console; A blower 300 that is installed at the bottom of the seat or inside the center console so as to be provided behind the cooler 100, and sends cold air generated when the cooler 100 is operated to the second-row air blower 200; It characterized in that it consists of.

In the drawings, unexplained reference numeral 110 denotes a Peltier element installed inside the cooler to emit cool air.

The present invention supplies cool wind to passengers on the second row side in the hot summer so that they can move to their destination in a comfortable state is the same as in the prior art.

However, the feature of the present invention is not to supply cold air generated by the air conditioner installed in the instrument panel to both the first row side and the second row side as before, but the cooler 100 operated separately from the first row side air conditioner near the second row side. It was installed to provide more stable cold air to both the first and second row passengers.

That is, in the present invention, the cooler 100 is installed at the bottom of the first row seat or inside the center console separately from the air conditioner on the first row side, and the cooler generated by the cooler 100 is in two rows at the rear of the cooler 100 When a blower 300 that is sent to the air outlet 200 is installed to operate the cooler 100 to generate cold air, the cold air is sent to the second row air outlet 200 by the blower 300 to cool the second row side.

Like the cooler 100, the blower 300 is installed at the bottom of the first row seat or inside the center console.

Here, the cooler 100 is composed of a Peltier element, that is, when two different metals are attached to each other with two contact points, when a potential difference is applied to both ends of the two metals, heat is transferred by the movement of the potential at this time. This refers to the phenomenon that occurs.

In other words, in a situation in which free electrons moving by electromotive force only absorb energy to move to the higher Fermi level, heat is continuously absorbed from the side that gives electrons by absorbing and moving the most easily obtained thermal energy. On the other side, heat is continuously released.

In addition, the cooler 100 is operated when the indoor temperature of the vehicle detected by the sensor temperature of the vehicle before operation is higher than the maximum temperature set in the control unit (eg, 30°C), and is below the minimum temperature (eg, 25°C) set after operation. When is reached, the operation is stopped, and the operation time is set within a maximum of 30 minutes.

That is, when the indoor temperature is higher than 30 degrees set in the control unit by the sensor temperature, the cooler 100 is operated to generate cold air and the blower 300 is operated and the cold air is sent to the second-row air outlet 200. It exits to the second row side through the heat vent 200 and cools the second row side.

In this way, by installing the cooler 100 that sends cold air to the second row according to the room temperature, it is possible to cool the second row in a faster time.

In addition, on the contrary, when the indoor temperature falls below 25 degrees Celsius, the cooler 100 that was operated does not generate cold air while stopping the operation, and when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the cooler 100 is operated again to generate cold air.

Here, since the cooler 100 is set not to exceed 30 minutes after operation as mentioned above, regardless of the indoor temperature, that is, even if the indoor temperature does not drop below 25 degrees, once 30 minutes elapse, the cooler 100 is The operation is stopped, and when the indoor temperature again exceeds 30 degrees, the cooler 100 is operated again to generate cold air.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, after the cooler 100 is operated, the temperature of the second row of the specification without the second row of air vents is maintained high initially, but after 30 minutes, the temperature of the specification of the second row of blowers 200 is maintained similarly. As you can see, the maximum operating time can be limited to less than 30 minutes.

100: cooler 200: 2-row air outlet
300: blower
