상기 접속부재의 높이방향으로 회전가능하도록 중앙의 천공홀이 접속부재의 외주면에 핀 결합되는 회전판; 및
상기 회전판의 높이방향으로 회전 가능하도록 중앙의 천공홀이 회전판의 외주면에 핀 결합되는 램프부재;를 포함하는 모듈형 엘이디 램프를 갖는 조명장치.
