상기 헤드부의 삽입부에 결합되며, 니들공을 갖는 니들홀더가 다수 형성되며, 일측에는 석션홀을 갖는 석션포트가 형성된 홀더유닛;
상기 홀더유닛에 결합되며 상기 니들홀더에 관통하는 다수의 니들이 형성되고, 다수의 니들에 약액을 주입하는 유로가 형성된 주입부재;
상기 본체 내부에 삽입되며 상기 주입부재의 유로에 통하도록 결합되는 약물주입관과, 상기 석션포트에 결합되어 석션압이 발생하는 석션관;
