Claims (1)

사각패널형태의 석고보드(10)와, 상기 석고보드(10)의 전면에 적층되는 아연도금강판(20)과, 상기 아연도금강판(20)의 전면에 적층된 인쇄시트(30)로 구성되는 제거 가능한 다층구조의 키친패널에 있어서, 상기 다층구조의 키친패널은
인쇄시트(30)의 전면에 투명도료를 도포하여 구성된 클리어층(40)과,
상기 클리어층(40)의 전면에 적층되는 보호필름층(50)을 포함하며,
상기 아연도금강판(20)은 후측면에 3mm 내지 7mm 두께로 도장되는 에폭시도료(21)와, 전면에 도장되는 크롬피막(22) 및 하도(23a)와 상도(23b)가 순차적으로 적층되는 도장층(23)과, 상기 아연도금강판(20)의 전면의 모퉁이 부분에 구성되며 후단부가 아연도금강판(20)에 용접결합되고 전단부는 상기 인쇄시트(30)와 클리어층(40)을 관통하여 전방으로 돌출되는 금속핀 형태의 고정핀(24)이 구성되며,
상기 인쇄시트(30)는 투광성재질로 구성되고, 접착제에 의해 아연도금강판(20)의 도장층(23) 전면에 부착고정되며,
상기 보호필름층(50)은 투명한 합성수지재질의 지지판(51)과, 상기 지지판(51)의 전면에 적층되며, 투명하면서 플랙시블한 합성수지시트재질로 구성되며 둘레면에는 손잡이부(52a)가 형성되는 복수장의 보호필름(52) 및 상기 고정핀(24)이 끼움결합되도록 상기 지지판(51)과 보호필름(52)의 각 모퉁이 부분 전후면을 관통하며 고정핀(24)의 위치에 대응되는 결합공(53)으로 구성되는 것을 포함하며,
상기 아연도금강판(20)과 인쇄시트(30) 사이에 적층되도록 얇은 시트 또는 패널 형태로 구성되며, 전원이 인가되면 전면이 밝게 조명되는 면상발광체(60)와,
상기 아연도금강판(20)의 전면에 구비되며 벽면에 고정된 상태의 키친패널 전면에 사용자의 두드림으로 인한 진동이 발생되면, 이를 감지하여 신호를 출력하는 진동감지센서(70)와,
상기 진동감지센서(70)의 신호를 수신하며 상기 면상발광체(60)를 on 또는 off 시키는 제어수단(80)을 더 포함하며,
상기 보호필름층(50)의 보호필름(52)을 모두 떼어내면 상기 지지판(51)을 제거하고 상기 고정핀(24)을 이용하여 새로운 보호필름층(50)을 상기 클리어층(40)의 전면에 고정결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거 가능한 다층구조의 키친패널.It is composed of a square panel type gypsum board 10, a galvanized steel sheet 20 laminated on the front surface of the gypsum board 10, and a printing sheet 30 laminated on the front surface of the galvanized steel sheet 20.
