Description

Handpiece for skin treatment with temperature measurement}Handpiece for skin treatment with temperature measurement

Disclosed is a handpiece for skin surgery capable of measuring temperature, and more particularly, a handpiece for skin surgery to be applied to lipolysis or skin care using a diode laser and LED.

Unless otherwise indicated herein, the content described in this section is not prior art to the claims of this application and is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.

Treatments used for skin diseases include laser, ultraviolet light, and phototherapy using IPL.

(LASER : Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation)는 일반 태양광선과는 달리 단색광이며 평행광이고 파의 위상이 같다는 특징을 갖고 있다.Looking at the laser among the phototherapy methods, the laser (LASER: Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation) has a characteristic that, unlike ordinary sunlight, monochromatic light, parallel light, and the phase of the wave are the same.

That is, it has only one wavelength, so unlike solar rays, it appears in one color such as red or yellow depending on the wavelength.

Having only one wavelength is a very important variable for treatment.

That is, it is the basis for selectively destroying the targets (eg, abnormal blood vessels or pigments) to be treated without damaging other normal skin tissues.

Looking at the interaction that occurs when the laser is irradiated to the skin, when the light is irradiated to the skin, the light is absorbed by a specific substance of the skin according to its wavelength.

Each of the substances that make up the skin absorbs light of a specific wavelength, and this substance is called a chromophore.

For example, infrared energy emitted from a carbon dioxide laser is mainly absorbed by water.

However, because about 70% of our body is made up of water, the irradiated laser energy is absorbed into any part of our body, causing heat to destroy tissue.

Therefore, CO 2 lasers are used when it is necessary to destroy tissues non-specifically.

Red blood cells in blood vessels absorb light at a wavelength of 532 nm, 577 nm, or 585 nm.

In addition, the pigment melanin, which causes freckles and freckles, is absorbed by light at wavelengths of 532nm, 755nm, and 1064nm.

Therefore, the interaction between the laser beam and the skin tissue may enable selective photothermolysis treatment that destroys only the target to be treated and does not cause possible damage to surrounding tissue.

In order to finally emit the laser beam, a free-handling handpiece is provided at the tip of the bend.

The handpiece is a terminal unit for selectively adjusting and outputting the width, spacing, and wavelength of the laser pulse for treatment.

The handpiece is composed of a flash lamp and a reflector so that a laser is output when power is supplied, so that a single laser beam can be irradiated.

By irradiating the skin of the handpiece by irradiating the skin with a high frequency or laser at a predetermined wavelength once or several times at regular intervals, permanent hair removal or reduction of unwanted hair by various wavelengths of light, expansion of the capillaries of the face, Pigmentation diseases such as hot flashes, freckles, and blemishes are improved, as well as reducing pores and reducing wrinkles (skin aging disease), resulting in elasticity of the skin.

On the other hand, the conventional handpiece measures the temperature of the target area during the procedure, and accordingly adjusts the intensity of the high frequency so as to prevent the risk of burns. The handpiece is equipped with a temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the skin.

.6 is a view showing a prior art, the temperature sensor (6') is formed on the left, the area indicated by the square is the treatment area (M), the area where the temperature sensor (6') is formed is excluded from the treatment area . .

However, in the related art, when the area of the treatment surface (skin contact surface) is reduced, for example, in the case of a handpiece having a small treatment area (M) for application to the eye area, the treatment area is due to the size occupied by the temperature sensor 6'. Since (M) is rapidly reduced, there is a problem in that temperature detection is inaccurate.

In addition, since the cartridge of a small size is too small, there is a problem that a temperature sensor cannot be applied.
