본 발명은 아로니아 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 전립선 비대증 예방 및 개선 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 (a)아로니아를 착즙 및 전처리하는 단계; (b) 착즙액을 고함량의 안토시아닌이 포함되도록 추출 농축하는 단계; (c)상기 착즙한 아로니아와 안토시아닌 농축액을 혼합하는 단계; (d)상기 혼합액을 발효하는 단계; (ㄷ)상기 아로니아발효액과 부재료를 혼합하는 단계; (h) 상기의 결과물을 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 아로니아 발효농축 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다. 실험 종료 후 적출된 전립선 무게를 체중으로 보정하여 전립선지수 (Prostate Index)를 계산하였으며 냉동 전립선 조직 및 혈청에서 DHT 분석을 실시하였다. T1~T4 군은 모두 아로니아 추출물이었으나 T1 추출물에서 조직 내 DHT 감소 소견을 나타내었다(도2).After completion of the experiment, the extracted prostate weight was corrected with body weight to calculate the Prostate Index, and DHT analysis was performed on frozen prostate tissue and serum.
