Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and alleviating benign prostatic hyperplasia, including an aronia extract as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for preparing a fermented and concentrated aronia composition, including the steps of: (a) carrying out juice extraction of aronia and pretreatment of the extracted juice; (b) extracting and concentrating the extracted juice to provide a high content of anthocyanin; (c) mixing the aronia subjected to juice extraction with the anthocyanin concentrate; (d) fermenting the mixed solution; (e) mixing the fermented aronia solution with side ingredients for preventing or alleviating benign prostatic hyperplasia; and (h) packaging the resultant product. The fermented and concentrated aronia composition has an effect of preventing and alleviating benign prostatic hyperplasia.

아로니아 추출액에 대한 동물사육 방법Animal breeding method for aronia extract
