상기 결과를 통해, 배초향 꽃을 고온에서 건조할 경우 아카세틴 및 틸리아닌의 함량을 증진시킬 수 있고, 동결건조할 경우 로즈마린산의 함량을 증진시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 아카세틴, 틸리아닌 및 로즈마린산 모두 배초향에 다량 함유된 페닐프로파노이드계 화합물에 속한 성분일지라도 배초향 꽃을 건조하기 위한 온도 조건에 따라 각각 성분들의 함량이 달라질 수 있으므로, 기능성 성분의 종류에 따라 건조 방식을 달리해야함을 알 수 있었다.Through the above results, it was found that when the pear pear flower is dried at high temperature, the content of acacetin and tilianin can be enhanced, and when freeze-dried, the content of rosemarinic acid can be enhanced.
