Claims (23)
- 유체를 보유하기 위한 용기로서,
용기가 제1 온도에 있을 때에는 상기 유체가 민감한 파장의 광을 투과시키며 용기가 제2 온도에 있을 때에는 상기 파장의 광을 차단하는 열 변색성 재료를 함유한 벽
을 포함하는 용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽은 상기 열 변색성 재료로 형성되는 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 변색성 재료는 용기의 상기 벽 상에 필름 또는 잉크로서 도포되는 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 온도는 사람의 손으로 조작되고 있을 때 상기 제2 온도로부터 상기 제1 온도로 변하는 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 사람 손의 온도인 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 온도는 실온 상태의 실내에 배치되어 있을 때 상기 제2 온도로부터 상기 제1 온도로 변하는 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 실온인 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기 전체가 상기 제1 온도에서 상기 파장의 광을 투과시키거나, 또는 상기 제2 온도에서 상기 파장의 광을 차단하는 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기의 제1 부분은 상기 제1 온도에서 상기 파장의 광을 투과시키는 반면, 상기 제1 부분과 상이한 용기의 제2 부분은 상기 제2 온도에서 상기 파장의 광을 차단하는 것인 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기는 원심 분리 튜브, 마이크로 원심 분리 튜브, 및 피펫 팁(pipette tip) 중 하나인 것인 용기.
- 유체를 보유하기 위한 용기로서,
용기가 제1 온도에 있을 때에는 용기 내부의 유체의 육안 검사를 허용하도록 구성되며 용기가 제2 온도에 있을 때에는 상기 유체가 민감한 파장의 광을 차단하도록 구성된 열 변색성 재료를 함유한 벽
을 포함하는 것인 용기. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 파장은 가시광 스펙트럼에 있는 것인 용기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 파장은 자외선인 것인 용기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 사람 손의 온도인 것인 용기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 실온인 것인 용기.
- 유체를 보유하기 위한 용기로서,
용기를 사람이 손으로 조작하여 용기가 사람 손에 의한 용기 조작으로 제1 온도로 되는 경우 유체가 민감한 정해진 파장의 광을 투과시켜 용기 내부의 유체의 육안 검사를 허용하도록 구성되고, 용기가 상기 제1 온도에 있지 않을 때에는 유체가 민감한 상기 파장의 광을 차단하도록 구성된 열 변색성 재료를 함유한 벽
을 포함하는 용기. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 벽은 상기 열 변색성 재료로 형성되는 것인 용기.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 열 변색성 재료는 용기의 상기 벽 상에 필름 또는 잉크로서 도포되는 것인 용기.
- 실험실에서 용기 내부의 광의 파장에 민감한 유체로 작업을 수행하는 방법으로서,
(a) 용기가 용기의 열 변색성 재료가 투명한 상태인 제1 온도로 되도록 용기의 온도를 제어하는 단계;
(b) 용기가 제1 온도에 있도록 제어되는 동안 상기 유체 및/또는 용기 내부의 유체의 양을 육안으로 검사하는 단계; 및
(c) 용기가 상기 유체가 민감한 상기 파장의 광에 대해 용기의 상기 열 변색성 재료가 불투명한 상태인 제2 온도로 되도록 용기의 온도를 제어하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 사람의 피부 온도이며, 상기 단계(a)는 온도를 사람 손에 의한 용기 조작으로 상기 제1 온도로 되도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 용기.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)는 용기를 사람 손으로 만지지 않음으로써 온도를 제2 온도로 되도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 용기.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 실온이며, 상기 단계(a)는 실온에서 용기로 작업을 수행함으로써 온도를 상기 제1 온도로 되도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)는 용기를 실온 아래의 온도로 냉각함으로써 온도를 상기 제2 온도로 되도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 용기.
