When the waterproof member (S) is fixed through the configuration of the anti-slip protrusion (131), the frictional force can be increased to maximize the fastening force of the waterproof member (S).

At this time, it is preferable that the surface on which the anti-slip protrusion 131 is formed is convex toward the insertion groove (H).

This is to increase the fastening force to the end of the waterproof member (S), the convex shape is preferably formed in a wave (wave) in the height direction of the restraining surface (130).

Next, the pressing member 200 is a configuration for pressing the end of the waterproof member (S) located in the insertion groove (H) on the contact surface.

There is a play between the end of the waterproof member (S) positioned in the insertion groove (H) and the insertion groove (H). ) Is pressed.

The pressing member 200 is formed to be inserted through the lower opening of the insertion groove (H).

Through such a configuration of the pressing member 200, one end surface of the waterproof member S inserted into the insertion groove (H) is opposed to the pressing member 200, the other end surface of the waterproof member (S) is a restraining surface ( It is opposed to the non-slip projection 131 of 130.

A plurality of irregularities are formed on a surface of the pressing member 200 that faces the restraining surface 130.

The unevenness also increases the frictional force with the waterproof member (S) end to maximize the fastening force to the waterproof member (S) end.

The unevenness is referred to as the compression protrusion 210 for convenience of description, and the compression protrusion 210 corresponds to the anti-slip protrusion 131.

Preferably, one surface of the pressing member 200 opposed to the non-slip protrusion 131 is formed convexly in a wave shape, and the waveform of the pressing member 200 corresponds to the waveform of the restraining surface 130.

By such a configuration, when the pressing member 200 is in close contact with the restraining surface 130, the convex surface and the concave surface of each other can be effectively compressed.

On the other hand, it is preferable that the mounting groove 220 is formed in the center of the other surface of the pressing member 200 as shown in FIG.

The seating groove 220 is configured to allow the end of the bolt to be described later, the configuration for allowing the force transmission of the bolt to act evenly on the pressing member 200.

The seating groove 220 preferably corresponds to the position of the fastening hole 121 formed in the contact surface 120.

Next, the restraining means 300 is a means for fixing the waterproof member (S) to the waterproof member fastener.

That is, the restraining means 300 pushes the pressing member 200 through the fastening hole 121 to press the end of the waterproof member S to the restraining surface 130 by the pressing member 200.

The restraining means 300 is preferably a bolt, it is screwed to the fastening hole 121.

At this time, the restraining means 300 includes a washer (W) for maximizing the fastening force.

Hereinafter, a construction method for installing the waterproof member fastener and the waterproof member fastening having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6.

Before fixing the waterproof member fastener to the slab, the slab fixing surface is preferably cleaned using a water jet or the like.

In addition, it is preferable to apply a concrete anti-deterioration coating to the slab.

Moreover, it is preferable to perform concrete mortar as needed.

(S100)Thereafter, the fixing surface 110 of the waterproof member fastener is in close contact with the slab bottom of the bridge top plate, and then fixed by using fixing means (F) such as bolts (S100).

At this time, the fixing means (F) is fixed to the slab through the fixing hole 111, as shown in FIG.

As described above, the waterproof member fasteners fixed to the slab are provided in a pair spaced apart from each other, and the insertion groove H formed by the restraining surface 130 and the close contact surface 120 is opened downward.

Next, the waterproof member (S) is fixed to the waterproof member fastener fixed to the slab as described above.

(S200)To this end, one end portion of the waterproof member S is inserted into the insertion groove H formed in the waterproof member fastener on one side.

At this time, the pressing projection 210 of the pressing member 200 is opposed to the non-slip projection 131 of the restraining surface (130).

At this time, since the lower end of the pressing member 200 interferes with the step 122, it is not easily separated from the insertion groove (H).

(S30))Next, one end of the waterproof member (S) is inserted into the insertion groove (H) of the waterproof member fastener. (S30))

At this time, one end of the waterproof member (S) is located between the pressing member 200 and the restraining surface (130).

That is, one end surface of the waterproof member S is opposed to the pressing protrusion 210 of the pressing member 200, and the other end surface of the waterproof member S is opposite to the anti-slip protrusion 131 of the restraining surface.

(S400)Next, the bolt 300 is fastened to the fastening hole 121 of the contact surface 120. (S400)

Then, by tightening the bolt 300, the bolt 300 is moved on the insertion groove (H) to be in close contact with the mounting groove 220 of the pressing member (200).

Subsequently, by the subsequent tightening of the bolt 300, the bolt 300 presses the end of the waterproof member S to the restraining surface 130 while pushing the pressing member 200.

At this time, the end of the waterproof member (S) is fixed by pressing the non-slip protrusion 131 of the pressing projection 210 and the restraining surface 130 of the pressing member 200, as shown in FIG.

In particular, the end of the waterproof member (S) is compressed along the waveform (wave) of the pressing member 200 and the restraining surface 130, the fastener fastening force of the waterproof member to the end of the waterproof member (S) is maximized. .

When the one end of the waterproof member (S) is fixed as described above, the other end of the waterproof member (S) is fixed to the waterproof member fastener on the other side.

The other end fastening method of the waterproof member is the same as the fixing method of one end of the waterproof member, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 6, the fixing of the waterproof member is completed to the slab of the bridge top plate, and the force generated when the bridge is stretched and contracted is not directly transmitted to the waterproof member, thereby minimizing the damage of the waterproof member.

Accordingly, the maintenance and replacement cycle of the waterproof member can be increased.

In addition, since the waterproof member (S) can be made simply by loosening or tightening the bolt 300 for disassembly and coupling, the waterproof member (S) can increase the convenience of a series of operations for maintenance and replacement work.

On the other hand, the waterproof member fastener may be modified differently, depending on the installation position.

A first modified example of the waterproof member fastener will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.

Prior to the description, the above-described configuration is denoted by the reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The waterproof member fastener includes a flat fixing surface 110 opposite to the installation surface, a constrained surface 130, and a close contact surface 120 for fastening the waterproof member.

At this time, the restraining surface 130 and the contact surface 120 forms an insertion groove (H) into which the waterproof member end is inserted, the opening direction of the insertion groove (H) is a direction horizontal to the fixing surface (110) Is formed.

That is, in the above-described embodiment, if the installation surface of the waterproof member fastener was the bottom surface of the bridge top plate, the first modification will explain the case where the installation surface of the waterproof member fastener is the side of the structure.

As shown in Figure 8, the waterproof member fastener according to the first modification is installed on the side of the structure, the waterproof member fastener according to the preferred embodiment described above is installed on the bottom of the structure.

As described above, it depends on the position of the installation surface, the waterproof member fastener of the present invention can be constructed without being significantly restricted by the installation surface.

Meanwhile, the waterproof member fastener may serve to integrate and separate the separated waterproof member.

This is not to install the waterproof member fastener to the structure, but to use as a medium for coupling the separated waterproof member to each other.

A second modified example thereof will be described with reference to FIG. 9.

As shown in FIG. 9, the waterproof member S is provided separately, and each waterproof member S is fixed to the waterproof member fastener installed in the slab.

Then, by connecting the separated waterproof member (S) to provide a receiving space for accommodating foreign matter and water.

To this end, the cut joint portion of the waterproof member S is inserted into the insertion groove H of the waterproof member fastener.

Thereafter, the bolt 300 is tightened to allow the pressing member 200 to compress and fix the joint portion of the waterproof member.

Through such an installation, it is possible to easily configure the separated waterproof member, and to increase the airtight holding force for the joint.

As described so far, the waterproof member fastener according to the present invention minimizes damage to and damage to the waterproof member by increasing the convenience of the waterproof member fastening operation to the bridge structure and by preventing the force acting on the expansion and contraction of the bridge directly acting on the waterproof member. .

Accordingly, there is an advantage that the convenience of the waterproof member maintenance work is increased, and the maintenance work cycle is increased.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with respect to the described embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations are possible within the technical scope of the present invention, and such modifications and variations are obvious to belong to the appended claims.
