Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a liner plate of a nuclear reactor building, and more particularly, to a method for repairing a damaged liner plate without installing a backup bar and repairing an inner wall.
In general, reactor buildings are constructed by covering steel plates on concrete surfaces to prevent the leakage of internal radiation into the environment during operation or use. This coated steel plate is called 'liner plate' and serves as a formwork when forming concrete walls in addition to the purpose of preventing the leakage of radioactive material.
If the liner plate is damaged due to corrosion for a long time, the liner plate needs repair.
The conventional method of repairing the liner plate first marks the repair portion that requires repair of the liner plate. Then, the peripheral area of the repair part is cut. After cutting, a part of the inner wall corresponding to the cutting area is removed. A backup bar is installed between the inner wall and the liner plate. Combine the backup bar and liner plate. Repair part of the removed inner wall. After the inner wall has been repaired, replace the replacement liner plate with the backup bar.
In the case of the conventional repair method, the existing defect is removed by using a grinder. So the work takes a lot of time and there was a problem in the work.
In addition, since the welding was applied by applying the manual GTAW welding, it was necessary to install the backup bar for welding, and to install the backup bar, not only chipping the concrete inner wall but also repairing and drying it. Since all these processes were performed by hand, the difficulty was high.
In addition, there is a problem in that the welding amount is large, the heat input amount to the liner plate is increased according to the increase in the welding amount, and there is a problem in that the welding amount of the meat amount according to the application is required for the manual welding.
The present invention is to solve the above problems. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for repairing a liner plate that does not require a backup bar and does not require a repair process of the inner wall of the concrete.

The cutting step cuts a peripheral cutting area of the repair part requiring repair of the liner plate. The mounting step mounts a replacement liner flight on the cut area. The welding step welds the replacement liner plate and the cut liner plate.
In addition, in the liner plate repair method, the cutting step is preferably cut using a laser.
In the repairing method of the liner plate, the cutting may be performed by cutting the peripheral cutting area into a plurality.
In the above liner plate repairing method, the welding step is preferably butt welding using a laser.
According to the present invention there is no need for the use of a backup bar and maintenance work on the concrete inner wall. Therefore, the work process can be simplified, thereby shortening the work period and reducing the manpower required.
In addition, according to the present invention, the maintenance period of the liner plate is shortened, so that the maintenance period of the power plant can be shortened.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the use of the backup bar and the concrete repair material are unnecessary, the material cost can be reduced.
1 is a procedure of the liner plate repairing method according to the present invention,
2 is a conceptual diagram of the procedure diagram of FIG. 1.
1 and 2 will be described an embodiment of a method for repairing a liner plate of a reactor building according to the present invention.
The method for repairing a liner plate of a nuclear reactor building containing a reactor according to the present invention includes a cutting step S11, a mounting step S13, and a welding step S15.
The
Cutting step (S11) is cut after the operator marks the damaged

The welding step S15 welds the
On the other hand, due to the change to automatic or semi-automatic laser welding as in this embodiment, there may be no installation process of the backup bar. In this case, the chipping (Chipping) of the inner wall of the concrete structure is unnecessary, it is possible to eliminate or minimize the repair and drying of the concrete structure. This simplifies the repair process of the liner plate, which shortens the working period and reduces the manpower.
